I am just guessing - they are the changes I think they will go with. We are bringing two defenders in, so i think it will be two of Broady, Lienert, Garner for Burton and Jonas. I think Lienert offers more than Garner.

I think Gray for Atley makes sense, but could also me motlop.

Wouldnt surprise to see Ladhams travel as well with Lycett a late out.

Can't see Dixon playing SANFL. Once he's had enough time running he should slot straight back in.
Not sure if we do or not but if we have a sanfl game during the bye would love to see him play that game to test out the leg especially if the game is at Alberton could see it being a huge attendance!

Lycett is all good

Burton will play.

Ins - Burton Gray Jonas
Out - Broadbent Garner Atley

Feel for Garner, he was good last week. But I can see how they have swapped like for like.

Broady did a job as the experienced backline player, not needed now Jonas returns.

Garner is Burton's understudy and ready to swoop if anyone else slips.

We have a captain again!

He was our second highest goal kicker despite spending a considerable amount of time in the ruck, and lead the club for contested marks by a considerable stretch. Yeah he wasn't brilliant but the fact that he managed to kick 26 with our gameplan last year also makes me think he must be like peak-Tredders.
I just think the idea of Charlie is oversold compared to the reality. He had a really good year in 2017 and fair enough he got the Hinkley 'Jackson Trengove' treatment last year but I'm not convinced he is going to have much of an impact this year after that injury and the amount of time he's had off. I'd love to be proven wrong but expecting him to walk back in and pick up form from 2 years ago in the forward line is unlikely

Funny listening to Melbourne coaches.
Darren Glass Hawks assistant when discussing what they will do about talls/ rucks for Saturday’s game he said well you’ve got to consider the effect of plane travel on the big players.
Lol try Shanghai, WA twice, Tasmania etc.
They really are a spoilt bunch.

Howard, Clurey, Jonas and Lienert make a very tall back 6.

Lienert would be as unlucky as Garner to go out but might help us stay balanced down there. It’s Hawthorn’s small forwards that are the threat.

Lienert can be a flanker, Jonas can play on medium players, Howard can swing forward.
