I wish the AFL would just man up, admit its a farce and scrap it as of next week. Why wait til next season. Every single person associated with the AFL hates it.the sub rule is reducing opportunities and by doing so is killing footy careers

Because you have to link it with reduced rotations or its too big a disadvantage if you lose a player to injury early. That then changes the game such as running 2 ruckmen, training and recruiting for endurance etc. I'm sure it will happen next year though unless the AFL hierarchy are complete idiots....wait...I wish the AFL would just man up, admit its a farce and scrap it as of next week. Exactly - you could even put 6 on the interchange and limit the rotations to 80. Then everyone in the 24 get a decent whack at some real game time ... and injuries would not kill a game.Because you have to link it with reduced rotations or its too big a disadvantage if you lose a player to injury early. They should just revert back to a 4 man bench. Injuries were also a part of footy, no need for the sub rule in the first place.
yes now because the Lemmings follow each other ....but in the start it was supported by the very people criticizing itI wish the AFL would just man up, admit its a farce and scrap it as of next week. Why wait til next season. Every single person associated with the AFL hates it.
