Just peed my pants. Dew said they went to Geelong to win.

Good
- Resting Tex. Looked a new player tonight. 100% linked to freshening those legs. Fingers crossed there's no whinging when it happens next time.
- Thilthorpe's 4th quarter. The bloke gave absolutely everything he had. He's made of the right stuff. And the way he impacted the clearance early on in the quarter when in the ruck was ominous. Ruck craft isn't there but like a spare midfielder.
- Doedee - 1%er central
- Nicks's best tactical game. Our standard style plays right into Melbourne's hands. He made some small, but substantial changes that completely took the game away from their terms.
- Laird & Keays. All heart
- Seedsman outside. Very good.
- Nick Murray's tackle on Gawn had as much of a role in winning it for us as Tex's goal. Unbelievable from the last picked in the 22
- Jones settling in well. McHenry starting nicely. Tenacity might just be enough.
- The effort levels all game. Switched on. I love it.
How good is footy?
Smart by Murray to not rush it through for a point. The best outcome would have been to hit the point post. I think he was aiming for it.No real footy fan dwells on a late call. I a prelim or GF sure but in minor round, it happens.
If top is not ahead of 15th at that point ... dont bleat.
Yep was Ned person in the crowd clean grabbed it as wellThe best part was McHenry? booting it into the crowd after the siren.
"RING THE BELL. RING THE BELL!"
Can someone GIF that sh*t?
When was this written? How was your game tonight? I assume you lost, Saints are a pretty decent team..
(Thanks for last Saturday night, enjoyed that)

Seeds would be top 3-5 b&f. Just needs to tidy up some of his disposal but has taken his game to a new level late in his career
Underrated: Thilthorpe's ruck craft and follow up work
Was activated in the 3rd but didn't make it out in timeLynch
When was this written?
Sitting on it a bit longer - more Good:
- For those of us playing at home, getting Anthony Hudson as the lone caller. Jeez, footy is so much better to watch without the drivel. Nobody else stays silent after the siren to just let us take in the atmosphere. They'd have filled it with meaningless cliches and hot takes.
Champion. 204 supercoach. Have the Bont as my captain unfortunately.
I personally hate B&FsSeeds would be top 3-5 b&f. Just needs to tidy up some of his disposal but has taken his game to a new level late in his career
That goal by Fog will probably get lost due to Tex’s last, but that was as elite as it gets
I got home and was ready to watch the replay instantlySitting on it a bit longer - more Good:

- Panned it at the time, but I don't think we win if Hamill plays ahead of Mackay. Good from him.
- Whoever was responsible for Kozzy. Unreal shutdown job.
On one hand, that's not saying much (with the current "talent")He's the best AFL commentator going around atm.
Anyway:
Excellent:
Berrys first half. Ended up fading, but oh boy do we have a potential inside mid and a half here. I truly look forward to watching him develop as a footballer here.
McHenry had a big impact throughout the game. Harassed and hurt the other way.
Tex looked good.
Thilthorpe star is growing. Stays healthy and I don't think it's unrealistic to say he'll end up the best key forward this club has ever had. Just a freak.
Fogarty purely for that decision to take a set shot. Impacted when he needed too though.
Jones and Schoenberg weren't consistent but had some nice moments.
Murray had a mare, and yet I'm willing to forgive it all for that tackle on Gawn
Rowe had a good first quarter.
Doedee and McAdam were both outstanding defensively.
Outside of the first 10 minutes in the first quarter, our pressure was top notch.
Seeds/Laird/Keays all had some seriously good moments. Fought on even though they got brutally outclassed in the middle.
Terrible:
David Mackay. He was horr... nah, I'm trolling. He had a bloody fantastic game.
Who did Jake Lever play on?
Don't forget the "touched" call claimed by Sholl, not given.
Sholl doesn't strike me as the kind of young fella to claim it mischievously.
Give him hellI'm going in early. The lippiest most arrogant bloke in our department is a Melbourne supporter.
Did she have an unfinished cheese platter?Thought she was wearing a Melbourne scarf??
