Weird take. Ginbey looks like a potentially elite defender. You'd take that every day of a week from an early pick (see: Brad Sheppard).

Ridiculous take - Ginbey is going totally fine. Yeah sure he's no Will Ashcroft but he was always going to be a slow burn - he was considered a "raw" top 10 pick and that has borne out. Currently looking like, at worst, a very good, imposing, quick half back. Probably not going to reshape the club but a perfectly fine first round pick who did show some genuine growth this year.
Hes clearly just looked at stats to make a decision, assumed hes a full time mid and compared him to Sheezel/Daicos numbers

Listening to the likes of Jenkin’s and Hannebery on trade radio is simply painful- not just in relation to us but on any club
Their research/preparation is woefully inadequate to the point where even simple things like which draft picks clubs hold they don’t know or get wrong
Taking anything they say with a massive grain of salt
Jenkins suggested Baker could captain the Eagles in 2-3 years time ignoring the fact that one of our current co-captains is younger than Baker so unlikely to finish up before Baker does

Could well be the dumbest of the lot, can't remember exactly what they were but remember thinking how utterly stupid and uninformed some of his trade/draft suggestions were last yr.
