Surely the rumours about Dusty retiring are wrong.

Bloke has nothing to offer society other than kicking a footy.

Has no personality so can't do media.

No brains so can't do a degree.

Surely he has to stick with footy until he physically can't do it any more.

Bit of Ablett snr about his post footy future.

Ablett snr is the best footballer I’ve seen, but it was the only thing he could do.

They're not a bad side, sadly. Mitchell is a worryingly good coach and their list looks primed for a flag push over in ~2-3 years time.

They wont play finals this year but long term they are looking good. They still are a key forward and a key back should be their midfield is very good.

Their forward line needs a bit of work

Chol over Kosi is a huge upgrade and they’ve gotten nothing out of Lewis due to injury this year. Ginnivan has been playing as well as he did in his 2022 season IMO, not as many goals but more all-round skill and team play.

Have to give them credit for their recruiting over the past couple of years.

Meek, D’Ambrosio, Ginnivan and Chol for a couple of future second and third round picks.

I could mount an argument that three of them if not all four would get a game for us next week if they were on our list.

Ahead of our forwards? Not a chance

Watching Grundy block the opposition ruck in every single centre bounce is very frustrating…just like last week. Why doesn’t the umpire see it and pay a free?

Very much like with us Syd just absorbs the pressure and then ramps up at the end of the game to run away with it

Going to be a hard team to beat this year unless they choke again on the big stage
Got to get it done in Melbourne
That's the worry for them, like Lions last year
