Jack Williams actually competed better against the man mountain and made witys have to go to another level. Reckon this kids gonna be a star for us as a forward but.


Snake was back to the snake earlier in the year. Man he’s so fun to watch when he’s on

Ginbey cops alot of hate here but the kids had a pretty decent year. That said tonight was terrific. Interceptes, provided drive and also defended well. Overall one of our best.

set the tone early and then sorta dragged the team along with him for the rest of the game. Should have got two goals to cap of his game but it was as dominant game as I have seen from him. My personal BOG.

TK and Kelly were unreal in the midfield tonight. Kelly was instrumental early but Yeo did what Yeo did best and that was to come to the forefront when the game was hotly contested and the game needed to be won

Gov was rusty but like a couple others got better as the game wore on. He was unreal that last quarter. Mooney said something brain dead along the lines of Gov turning back the clock with a vintage performance. Nah campaigner shut the **** up cause you clearly haven’t been watching to notice that this bloke is in AA form.

We look so much better when he goes in like he did tonight. Even with the occasional free kick against. Because when he gets the ball he just very rarely makes a bad choice either.

He was playing half back & was in for a 25+ disposal game & was providing plenty of run. When Edwards went down he played more key back.

He was awesome in both roles. He will become a great midfielder in time, but he needs some consistency in role for now. So pleased for him.

I was wrong about Ginbey. Best game I’ve seen him play and if he gets consistent like that, alongside Hough we’ve got 2 awesome back men.

He was awesome.

Think everyone forgets there was a year or two after Yeo came to us where he was a bit lost positionally and was struggling to rack up the touches as a mid.

Switched him to HBF and left him there for a season and became AA. When he was well and truly ready moved back into the midfield and was awesome.

Think Ginbey could be the same - haven't given up on him as a mid but am thinking mid 20s. For now until he's really come on let's just let him annihilate poor half forwards and be behind the ball a bit. Some players just aren't wily enough to be natural mids before they've matured - still think he can be elite for us off the HBF before that.

How good is Jack Williams? Competes hard and follows up so well too. Now that he’s filled into his body he’s able to compete with the big boys like Witts and have an impact.

Darling incredible game. Turned the clock back.

Reid had a better game than the stats sheet says, so clean.

Love Schofield’s brand of tough footy playing on the edge. We smashed them hard in that second half and brought some real intensity to the ball carrier.

He is getting into a habit of holding on to it too long though. So many htbs trying to bulldoze through. Actually cost us a couple of goals tonight.
