That was incredible how they managed to concede those after that Betts goal I still can't believe it.

They got 4 in the last 4 minutes in the 2nd quarter . We have to stop these red time goals .

He let his colours down last week - I am giving him the benefit of the doubt -thinking someone called for the ball behind him which made him stop and duck - in what was a disapointing game from him I reckon he is a good one though. Not as good as Stocker is gunna be though - that lad has serious mongrel and under rated class with ball in hand - hopefully he gets played for the rest of the year because he really put it on a few hawforn chest puffers today - has gone passed a few others this year and will only get better -we will end up seeing Stocker and Kemp in the midfield in coming years.

Welcome back TDK for a bloke that is nowhere near match fit or AFl touch ready - had a huge impact around the ground.
Owies - gets better each week - huge tick what a find.
Stocker- no one goes harder at the loose ball and what a beautiful kick - just watch this kid force his way into starting 18 will be a gun.
Harry did a Buddy from 55-60 out to ice the game and break their fightback notions - the main man now.
Walsh forces Clarkson to put a hard tag on him - and it makes little difference.
Cripps leads the 1 percenters, tackles and goes back to finginding a handpass...Docherty loving the midfield role
Saad showed his class - and Williams finds his baseline form in second half. Jones rembers how to mark a ball in second half.
and
Weitering moving close to 100% guaranteed to win every contest he is in.

I'm sure the coaches are aware of the limitaitons of the blokes that are only good enough to make the game hard to win.

Very impressive last quarter.

I'll excuse Newman's awful game because he has been out for a long time...no excuses for Gibbo or Setterfield and Ed only partly made up for some painful and costly turnovers- but I suspect he was fweling the two big hits to his ribs that he copped in first half. Woudl be nice to see a Carlton player(s) do teh same favours to Hawthorns tagger.

Better to win ugly than cop a loss - thats for sure.

Next two games could turn the whole year around.

For all the mistakes he makes, he’s the one player in the side ( along with JSOS) who rectify’s those errors twofold.
He is an absolute warrior, and gives 100%, 100% of the time.

I am very happy with the win; was it pretty - no, was I certain we would win going into the last - no again.
But did I feel like every player gave 100% effort for 4 quarters ? Absolutely yes they did.

Effort for 4 quarters has been this teams biggest problem all season, feel the team took a step in the right direction today. Hope they can carry this into the next few games and who knows what may happen.

Lastly, very happy all the vets are playing to a standard they should be again. Makes a huge difference
