Not too unhappy with that. Showed the way we need to play to score and also how bad we can be if refuse to take risks. Even if we don’t have many great kicks e need to move the ball fast to give our forwards a crack.

They should really have beaten us by more and even though we kind of threw it away, we did turn a decent deficit into a lead.

Sloane 19 touches given the amount of time he spent as a mid isn’t good enough. Looks like we’re sticking with the 4 man system. Dawson no good in there, like Seed before him. Playing Milera was insanity.

Disgusting. Rowe and Thilthorpe cost us that game.
Bit harsh. Milera missed a sitter for an easy goal. ROB missed a sitter. Schoenberg had many turnovers and poor kicking to direct opponents. Was by far his worst game ever. Himmelberg was cold. Sloane didn't do much. Overall, a disappointing loss as there were many chances to win it.

The positives though. Smithers had a great goal on his non-preferred. Rachele had 7 shots on goal for 5 goals on debut. That one from the corner was a highlight as we've all seen him practising and hitting those on both sides. Rowe actually did stuff around the ground rather than hunting frees. Many questioned whether he should be in the team, but he proved himself today. Crouch had a good return to footy. Scholl proved he should've started. Dawson had a good debut after they moved him from the middle. Keays isn't the best kick and can only kick on his left, but he hunted the ball all day.

Rowe was our best player in the first half, calm down
Rowe had a good game, and he also shat the bed. Both are true. He's not the only one either. Milera and Rob also ****ed us. I can forgive those a little easier though as Milera has had 2 years out and Rob is a ruckman who can't kick for shit. If Rob is lining up to take a shot at goal in the first place, you already ****ed up.

That missed goal absolutely killed us. He could of iced the game. It was the turning point. Thilthorpe also totally shat the bed, but the game would have been over at that point if Rowe hadn't f’ed us.
Rowe actually kept us in the game

This game reminds me of the Hawthorn game last year.

Absolute jubilation when Thilthorpe did his thing.
In this game is was Rochelle.
Then horror when we lost.

I had to laugh about Milera. The coach couldn't wait to have him in because of his great kicking!

ROB had Rachele free next to him and completely ignored him.

Sloane was horrid did he have an effective touch?
EBerg you're done
RT needs some intensity he is more relaxed than the big E
Fog kept us in it when it mattered and was a presence.

How did we lose that?
Panicked the entire last 10 mins
