there were marks waterman took today using strength he didn’t have last year. Not only has he gotten stronger his endurance has grown immeasurably. Coming off what I thought was ulcerative colitis? Is super impressive and shows what a committed offseason can bring. I really hope that sort of commitment with guys like Ginbey Culley and Reid on the list become pervasive through the club.

I was really proud of the turn around from most of quarter one. It looked like it was going to be a long day and the coaches and players turned it around through hard work, something we have seen in a long time.

There were little deft touches, split second decisions from game one that indicated what he might become. Small passages of play. He didn't jump out of the gate like this.

That's my recollection anyway.

Was at his debut game and it was instantly obvious he was something special. Very much like what we are seeing with Reid now.
