Four prelims in 11 seasons.

Four Top 4 finishes in the past five seasons, including 3 x Top 2 with a direct route to the Grand Final without leaving Adelaide if good enough.

It’s great be in those positions regularly, but not having a single Grand Final appearance to show for all that can only be assessed as a total failure.

It’s time for a change, even if it means taking a few steps back to go forwards and get over the hump.

has shown it is possible for a new coach to change the psychological makeup of a team and have the team completely turn around it's fortunes immediately. I think the issues at your club run deeper than the list management, it clearly starts with Koch and ken. They remind me of Eddie and bucks, it took firing them and cleaning up their enormous mess for us to get to the promised land. I think port need a leadership clean out that includes the senior management and quite possibly the board as well. The list has talent, I think it just needs a new voice to listen to.

People need to call up talk back and leave the emotive shit out. We need to question our repeat inability to have a functioning forward line. Our repeat failures in prelims. Our inability to address issues mid game. You can't keep going with Ken and expect a different result. It's insanity at this point. Somebody just needs to calmly ask what the point is if making the top 4 if we systematically breakdown whenever we are confronted with opportunity. Halfway through the third I found myself actively not wanting us to win it for fear of being completely embarrassed in the grand final. You can't tell me there weren't players out there thinking the same. They'd never admit it.
