Not sure what journo Dwayno was talking to on the radio today the guy basically said that West Coast have not considered Hinkley at all.

I believe Hinkley will not get another head coaching job ever again.

My theory with the media protection racket is that Hinkley directly leaks everything to them. This leads to them getting Hinkley bias information and the media wanting to keep this supposedly good source so they lick his balls so he keeps doing it and stays in the job

You're on the money here.

I was thinking the same thing yesterday. Kenny clearly has a few close connections in the media and most modern journalism (not just sports, politics etc. included) rely on access to information rather than hard working journalism.

So whenever their source does something wrong / bad - the journalist always plays interference and protection to defend their source to retain their access to future scoops.

Makes sense that Caro, Whately and Kane effectively band together to defend Kenny and create laughable fan-fiction on what boogeyman people should go after instead of the real problem.

The gas lighting of fans is merely collatoral damage to keep their system in place.
