Yeah he'll be on the side of whoever wins.... (after the event).Cassisi is flakey, but I don't know if he's had to truly pick a side either way at this point with respect to a firm decision.
A lot of them are flakey. Let's just see what happens in the coming period.
All of a sudden I'm not so keen on Carr.
His eyes were wide open after that game in particular, though I'm not sure if he had turned already by then.
It's the only way at this point.
Let's see what happens.
People wanting to use their brain should be hypothetically asking the question, "why was Ken so headstrong and almost pleading when he asked for 'one last crack at it' on 5AA the day before the B&F?"
I would also suggest that the recent trade of Houston for draft picks to rejuvenate and rebuild the list on the fly is most definitely a move looking toward the future, which is completely incongruent with Ken's objective being in a contract year which is to win now and not have the club go backwards. There is a complete mismatch right now between the moves made by the list management team which are discussed ad nauseum by the footy committee - the very people who decide the senior coach's future, and the senior coach's objectives for 2025.
But these moves would make a lot more sense if you had a younger senior coach on a long term contract who is given enough rope such that the list management team build it in his image.
I won't be providing any further update until a decision is confirmed either way from my best source.
All of a sudden I'm not so keen on Carr.
The end of next year you mean?A lot of them are flakey. Let's just see what happens in the coming period.
Greg....just stop!!!They're definitely incapable of seeing the stop sign.
I'll only believe it when it happens.Ive said before the club/board is split on ken. Got some info last night suggesting its now 60/40 against Ken and gettting worse for him, now he has lost the support of more people including not suprising list management going by cripps coments.
He will survive and coach 2025 but that will be it for him. Koch is weak as water not havning the balls to turf him out now
they will have to learn the hard way cause if the club is like this its only a matter of time it effecting the playing group would not suprise if we are sitting 2 and 5 or similar early in the season because of it and ken leaves half way thru next season or slightly before.
I'll only believe it when it happens.

I can't tell if that is a genuine pic or if it has been photoshopped, but regardless it has self satisfied CNUT written all over it!"We've worked so hard on goal kicking in the pre season and at every training session"

My countless emails were ignored also, I made sure I sent them from different accounts so they didn't think I was a serial emailer. They were honest tasteful and to the point, also kept them shortWhat decision? Ken coaching next year.
It was so the pivot year, we will likely regress next year and I’m thinking it gets ugly with fans wearing the brunt of it.
I’ll be posting my thoughts to al board members and management shortly - Richo can’t be bothered replying to my email so may as well go snail mail.
About all I can do but worth it.
Carr will have his work cut out - all the endless crap Ken got he won’t, feel sorry for him already - then if Butters wants out, i fear for the next few years.
After that unfolds all we will hear is Kane telling us how good we had it under Ken.
It’s almost like you see what’s going to happen already.
The conspiracy theory in me says this is being leaked out to trick us in to voting him on to the board only for him to rip off his jacket and reveal he's been Team Hinkley all along!Cassisi is on Team Carr.
They will leave this club onfield in a mess, it will take a while to recover. If you look at what stage of their careers our players are at by the end of 2025, assuming that's when Ken will time his departure, we probably will be on the down slide as far as experienced players go.They will sign him again if we are going well. They’ve had plenty of chances to sack him. Koch loves the status quo.
Remember when Ken finally goes and he never coached a premiership team they have all failed and will need to admit that, which they won’t…..
That’s what will happen too, they won’t win a jatz cracker.
Ken will do what he has always done. Let his assistants create a new gameplan then get 5 weeks in with teething issues and mediocre results and throw it in the bin and go back to what he is comfortable withIf they had a look into recent finals loses, it would be obvious to them that Hinkley and his gameplan was the main problem.
The idea that Hinkley gets another crack and somehow changes his stripes from a poor tactical coach to being able to put a gameplan to win three finals against quality coaching and opposition is just laughable.
Of course, all of this is predicated on Koch actually wanting to win a flag but it seems he would rather sink a rudderless ship into a future AFL job with some level of media exposure.
Ken will do what he has always done. Let his assistants create a new gameplan then get 5 weeks in with teething issues and mediocre results and throwit in the binthem under the bus and go back to what he is comfortable with
Nothing says "stability and strength" to me quite like a flakey board.Cassisi is flakey, but I don't know if he's had to truly pick a side either way at this point with respect to a firm decision.

Nah you don't understand - we the fans are the flaky ones: just ask Kane Cornes.Nothing says "stability and strength" to me quite like a flakey board.
This gif will never not be funny.Trade period over.
