Players in bold were in our best 22 last year. So yeah, we had significant injuries. You can cover 1 or 2 with a 'next man up' mentality, but not that many.

Laughable post. Bergman, Duursma and Clurey are all borderline best 22 and Lycett ****ing sucks. Any club that can't make finals with that injury list doesn't deserve to make finals.

Carlton's injury list has been twice as bad as ours all year and they're sitting comfortably in the 8.

Sitting 12th after 15 rounds is unacceptable, After tens years the injuries excuses not wash

And what about Wines who I forgot missed against Carlton? Was he dropped?
The same game that Patrick Cripps missed? The one that Carlton just came out and won rather than whingeing and making excuses? Like how they beat Freo on the weekend without Cerra, Weitering, Williams, McGovern, Martin and Pittonet.

In reality as the year progressed Bergman, Gray, Duursma haven’t even been in any form to be in the best 22.

Isn’t talking about last year being similar to this year hypothetical?

We've got a long way to go to be as good as Carlton.

So what you're saying is you disagree with Ken's Squad Mentality "doesn't matter who's out".

Oh wait, it's Ken too that now disagrees with himself.

The statement was that we didn’t have significant injuries, when it’s clear that we did. You can say other teams have had it just as bad or whatever, but that doesn’t make it any less true. And I haven’t even bothered to mention Fantasia through any of it because him ever getting on the park this year is going to be a bonus.

You can still hold your opinion that Hinkley should be sacked and acknowledge that we had injuries at the start of the year. It’s not that big a deal.

Or Griffith relocating to the port? Did someone mention concrete boots?

It's only a joke

Absolutely, it's only a joke about the concrete boots

In this day and age a natural, biodegradable product would be much more appropriate

Yes we had injuries just like every other football team every year in history. So what?

35 minutes in & he's the key to total football.

If you didn't pick up Johann Cruyff vibes from him in that time, I don't know what you were watching.
