As Ross said it's all on the list , he is what we need - the only thing the players have most probably been given free range the last few years with Richardson an Ratten.

But how will the players except the change , Fremantle lost Neale and Langdon because of him they say and Noble was basically sacked because a player mutiny.

I fully supported what Ratten was doing with the list , he had naturally improved the club player list and the Atmosphere at the club has been fine.
The players he had were more than good enough to make the 4 than the 8 if more than 4 players can contribute during the year - some players were unseen in pivot-able quarter's - Hill , Membery , Marshall , Ryder , King , Butler , Higgins - you can name many.

Our season went bad after the break because of Steele , Howard missing games , Gresham game dropped off and then injury , King started kicking like a Potato.

Actually I thought next season would of been telling for the future of the club.
We are relying on Marshall as a stand alone follower to dominate which he can,
Gresham playing a full season as he started this year.
King to kick better and score a higher % of goals.
Can Coffield , Jack Hayes and Hunter Clark make a impact next season.
Hill having more impact.

The club can make a major step up , players like Battle are progressing mighty fine and fully expect him to become a star down back.

This last season Sinclair , Steele , Crouch and Wilkie were our best and most constant and we just missed on finals and King was kicking bags of points with Higgins in vital games.

I fully expect Ratten had a fall out with management and was shown the door - he might not be the greatest coach but he was getting the squad in the shape to strike for a flag.

Anyway move on - whoever ends up as coach I hope does well for the club.

The media applied the pressure and the management cracked and this is why Ross Lyon would be good fix / for woke management and politically correct.
