Hello Tiger fans!

The embedded resources below are kept up to date by the trade board mods (as much as possible – we are human after all). Enjoy!

tugga you may like to sticky or merge this post, move it to the start of the thread (so the sticky post doesn't rotate if a post is deleted before it), or copy it to your draft thread.

I wouldn't imagine ratogolea costing much picks or salary wise. Get him in as a defender who can take the gorillas like Tarrant and to a lesser extent Astbury did. Frees Balta up to become Rance mkll and Gibcus goes forward.
He's looked fairly promising as a kpd but I believe Port are chasing him hard again, reckon he'll go there.

A few out of contract key forward prospects worth considering:

Harry Jones at Essendon. Athletic tall who is more your high endurance CHF type. Pretty good overhead, just needs a bit more size on his frame and to get his body right.

Hayden McLean at Sydney. Not as mobile as Jones. More of a ruck forward. Excellent contested mark. Swans are using him as their first ruck atm due to injury issues.

Jacob Koschitzke at Hawthorn. Had a bit of a breakout year in 2021, but has since regressed. Excellent mark overhead. Not overly mobile like McLean.

Mitch Georgiades at Port Adelaide. Probably the biggest upside of this list and also most expensive. Little bit undersized for a key forward. More a Gunston type. Strong mark overhead. Athletic.

None of these players have signed on with their clubs for next year, so chances are we could be looking at one or more of them to partner Lynch.

Bit underwhelming - Mitch would be handy

Man if Gibcus can come back and show he's got a future as a fwd, it would solve a lot of list issues

I'm a big wrap for Harrison Jones, feel like Essendon are idiots for not exposing him more at AFL level. Could be a gettable and realistic option.
Georgiadis would be perfect but I don't think we have anything to offer. He is worth a first round pick at the least and I don't think we'd trade out another future 1st.

They would be my two clear preferences and I think Kosi could fit into our system.

I don't think so. He was playing reserves footy when he did his ACL and is behind Marshall, Dickson and Finlayson. Don't reckon he'll cost more than a mid-late 2nd round pick.

Key forwards with his talent don't grow on trees. I can assure you he will go for a first round pick.

Maybe if he wasn't playing average reserves footy this year and will be coming off an ACL. There is some risk attached to a trade for him.

Ben Brown went for a pick in the 30s. Finlayson went for a 3rd rounder. Schache went for a 2nd and 3rd. Patton went for a 4th. Hogan went for a 3rd or 4th. Peter Wright went for a 4th.

I'd be shocked if they got more than pick 25 for him.

I've mentioned Jones a few times on here, would be perfect for us, good price most likely and the right age to come in now but also develop at the same time.

Out for the season from quite a ways back now, and they had given him quite a good run despite average form, although mostly only cause Wright was out.

But I'm a big wrap too, reckon he will be very good in a few year's time.

That said I don't think Essendon will let him go, Weideman is spudding it up now and has been dropped, so they'll put some eggs back into the Jones basket I reckon.

I hope we make a nice offer though.

So 9 gamer coleman Jones got us a 2nd rounder.
Chol 30 odd games at Richmond. A second rounder. Due to him being a free agent.
Chol slotted right in and played a lot.
Chol had a year out with a broken limb too.

I guess there's demand for KPFs so they cost more salary wise.
If we go 2 KPF Lynch and ideally gibcus or Bauer with Miller or young as injury depth.
Is there a preseason draft? We do extremely well in those drafts.

Logan McDonald at Sydney is one I would like to try and get

Marshall at Port is the other...

I just doubt either club would let them go
Big fan of McDonald will be a good player. Unsure his contract situation.

Then deal with DoDo.
