I'm nostalgic for Trigg & the Tippett debacle.
Chapman has done some very good things over the years, but he needs to take accountability for this mess and let someone else take the reigns and reinvigorate the culture. He's had his run and it's time for him to go.

Jolly was a loss due to his wife wanting to move. Buchanan wanted opportunities- Hall was pushed
Veszpremi was lazy and not getting games, same as Lewis Johnston.
Spangher was utility left for more opportunity
Mumford not offered a contract/pushed for Buddy/Tippet.
Malceski big offer Gold Coast good on him- Membrey wasn't getting games/best 22.
Jetta- Did leave homesick
Nankervis- a bit of a mess he and Mitchell leaving
Murray- got given big overs for given he was on the rookie list.

What him having a drink and breaking a team rule is the reason every player is bailing.
Tex has been hit from pillar to post and for what?
What has Tex done that's been so wrong, he wasn't the cause of our troubles. It seems though he's had to take the brunt of every moronic journalist with an agenda or had to be the face of the club.
We have a coach, football manager, CEO and chairman who are just as capable of speaking out.

He is not a public speaker. Why is he left holding the can in front of the media???
He's not a choir boy. He's not got to be a role model, but his hearts in the place.
He's not going to cope well on social media, he's just a lad who's not going to think before posting and choose his words wisely. The club should be on top of that and have checks to make sure he doesnt get himself in trouble.
Gr8 leaderr of men on the field but geez, how about the club looking after him with the off field stuff.
And now after all he's been through and the shit sandwich his teams been fed by the club, he's still copping it!

Burton must ****ing go followed by chapman. Really disappointed in Pyke as well after reading Wilson's article and feel his position may now be untenable with the players. The hiearchy just doesn't seem to get it. The Age article is damning and makes me feel pretty ashamed of my club if all true. Our previous coach would never have allowed this shitshow to occur. Just do the right thing and terminate Burton immediately before he loses half our ****ing list. There needs to be an immediate appointment of an experienced football general manager that can sort this shit out. Blight would be good in the interim until we find someone on a longer term basis.

Players have gone on holiday now and nothing’s been fixed, won’t be surprised if we lose another or two during trade week.
Pyke siding with the hierarchy is surprising but not sure he feels he has the power to challenge them
