Im probably way behind in this conversation as I haven’t read ahead, but Melcolm Gladwell had a very interesting episode of revisionist history about why Maccas changed their cooking oil for chips to seed oils because of heart disease. It’s a few years old now and was ahead of its time considering what is now known about seed oils. Worth a listen.

Mate there's a lot of shitmen making coffee at cafes though.

It's bloody hard to find one that actually puts love into it. My fav has moved on unfortunately, so I tried a new place, and it was s**t and bought another one with three shots.

I'm torn.

On the one hand we have Alastair Clarkson choose us as his preferred coaching destination. Unbelievable work by Sonja and co.
