Isn't this similar to the talk we heard about Caddy last year, and where's he? Last I saw there was a thread on the Geelong board saying he isn't traveling that great right now, but hopefully he'll improve. How do we know if Adams is any better?

From the looks of it Adams has shown more than Caddy ever did, his first season being better than any of Caddy's three

No way should either of those teams get a PP.

Melbourne got their double dip with the tanking saga AND another go around with the over inflated Scully compo. Giving them another one just rewards their pathetic culture and overall lack of leadership.

The Dogs are just at the bottom of their 'cycle', same as us. If they get one, we get one, and then every club that finishes bottom 4 with a million dollar loss will go begging to the AFL.

Port Adelaide were a more deserving case last year and were told very early they'd get nothing. Imagine if they'd nabbed Wines AND Vlastuin!

No way should any team get a priority pick in the near future. The incentive to tank would come straight back. They should scrap the 'commission's discretion' rule too.

Where you finish = where you pick.

If Melbourne and/or WB get a priority pick we may get pushed out of the top 5, even if we finish in the bottom 4.
Perhaps a priority pick at the end of the first round? Would help Melbourne potentially trade for an experienced older player from another club, but not give them access to ruin yet another potential top gun of the comp.

You aren't born with a tank, you increase your cardiovascular fitness by training.

True, but some people are 'genetically superior' in that they have a greater maximum potential, and/or have cells that are inherently more efficient with their oxygen use.

Not bad effort by Kade Klemke 10 Disposals, Queanbeyans player/coach at just 22-23!! Not what we need though playing as Half back in this game mainly.

A bit sceptical in bringing more WA personnel or players over, they either want to go home or not up to it..!! LOL

lol i dont think we would draft madut. he is a long way off of looking like being able to play AFL football. he is learning quickly though and his development in the last 3 months has been great to watch

maybe in 3 years time he'll be worth a look at for a rookie list spot. great story though for subi and the WAFL

its great to see the sudanese community get involved in aussie rules football, be it at any level

11 Disposals, 6 Marks, 2 goals for Ben Brown start of the 4th quarter against Queanbeyan for anyone interested and aren't watching.

Barry Hall and Cameron Mooney talking him up a lot, They said they see him as a good AFL prospect.

We talked about Rookie-ing Majak 3-4 years ago too...all it needs is someone to take a punt!

Gone are the days that clubs trade away their #1 draft pick, you genuinely have to finish 18th and i know we wont GWS or Melb will need that draft pick and won't bargain.

Melbourne has shown that stockpiling No. 1's is a no panacea, as in some ways did Carlton. It'll be up for trade for the right price.

GWS desperately need to fill their list with >25 year olds, they had 5 players over the age of 23 this week, Setanta, Gilham, Giles, Mohr and Palmer, none of whom would get a gig elsewhere, they have enough young talent, some hardened bodies will better their cause.

Caddy couldn't kick before he got to Geelong.

We dodged a bullet there

I've got some Sudanese neighbours, gave the young boys an old Saints footy a while back..
Day after day their kicking the footy in the street, just the way we did as kids every day after school..

But the real kick i got a few weeks ago, they both had St.Kilda jumpers on..!!

I reckon Mohr would get a gig with us currently
