Would we trade one of our firsts to Essendon for their second and next years first?
I'm thinking we'd want their next years second as well, and they wouldn't want to do it.

Diabetics don't have higher BF%. Some that have type 2 may increase the BF% if you were referring to stats etc. Anyway I believe a lot of type 2 diabetics are misdiagnosed with insulin resistance...

Without knowing Paddy's dietary regime there are ways to minimize the affect of diabetes.

I personally eat keto and balance my ph levels by eating high alkaline foods and minimizing high acid foods. Not sure how well this translates to AFL requirement with needing explosiveness. Changed my life not following my local medical experts...
