Yeah I think he was over coached to an extent.

But then the same coaching worked for Steele.

Which is why I said development coaching and line coaching will probably be what is flagged in our review.

Absolutely, you can draft or trade in what you want. However you need the right development and line coaches to be successful. We’ve been woeful in this area, which is typical of a low spend club. In contrast the successful teams are very strong in this area, and spend well but wisely.
