What's not to get? Yes Jordan probably didn't physically headlock Nicks, but it's pretty obvious he had to convince the coach to switch him from defence to midfield by Nicks' own admission.I don't get it. That's obviously a joke?
Can't see anyway the club will be focussing on a ROB replacement with 2 years left on his contract and Strachan also contracted for the same period. The long term strategy re a ruckman should be to draft a young athletic ruck to develop and this is just the draft to do that with at least 4 that should be able to be picked up from the 2nd round on unless the recruitment team think Mitch Edwards is worth our 1st. Another mature age ruck should be way down the list of priorities. Speed, class and good ball users should be top of the list.Dont worry BZT is not coming to adelaide. Would not want kelly either.
The only ones worth looking at with SA connections but are all contracted are ballard, cox, wilkie. Otherwise I would stick with what we have and focus on a ROB replacement (not grundy).
sounds like GC have put hollands on the table. difficult to price him you wouldnt want to pay more than a 2nd now but I'm sure GC think they are getting pick 7 for him.
Wilkie ain't ever coming back. Been looked afterDont worry BZT is not coming to adelaide. Would not want kelly either.

Has that been rumoured anywhere but here?sounds like GC have put hollands on the table. difficult to price him you wouldnt want to pay more than a 2nd now but I'm sure GC think they are getting pick 7 for him.

Not rubbishing it. Just curious
I haven't seen much of Hollands at AFL level that would suggest he's even worth a 2nd rounder. I'd do a straight swap for Hately, provide a chance to see if either one of them can do better in a new environment. But I suspect GC are only interested in draft points.Dont worry BZT is not coming to adelaide. Would not want kelly either.

I wonder why there??Mad Monday at The Cremorne.
What do you think of that one?Grundy in the tri-colors next year.
Last year showed heaps in the final few games of the season, this year has gone off a cliff. Worth a gamble imo but I wouldn't be giving up lots.I haven't seen much of Hollands at AFL level that would suggest he's even worth a 2nd rounder. Did Roo just buy it?I wonder why there??
That's not really news. It's fairly well known he wanted to look elsewhere. Best for him and the club.Fox sports is saying crouch is likely to leave
I dunno how people that live on this board 24/7 can not know this but there was a cryptic post mentioning the possible possibility of BZT coming to us last offseason (EDIT: and I don't think it mentioned a timeframe, meaning you can't rule out it was talking about this offseason).Just checked the Pies and Bombers websites and Kelly is now a fair lump of a lad at 194cm 96kg and Zerk Thatcher 195cm 91kg.
Was there any talk about our interest in BZT before it was mentioned in the media Powa were keen on the former Sturt U18's player?
Yep, some guy with an Ormond-Allen profile pic mentioned itI dunno how people that live on this board 24/7 can not know this but there was a cryptic post mentioning the possible possibility of BZT coming to us last offseason.
FWIW, give me his/her 'no content' over this futile, circular and, frankly, dull as **** argument about Dawson in the midfield. For someone that contributes ZERO, how about providing some content besides whining about the content?
It’s simple, discuss other stuff, it’s not up to me to post content that your happy with when you and others do **** all yourself.FWIW, give me his/her 'no content' over this futile, circular and, frankly, dull as * argument about Dawson in the midfield.
You make it sound like you guys are doing us a solid by making us wade through this mire of 'content' just to find anything that basically resembles something that the thread pertains to.
To be fair it was all posted back in June, some have just chose to ignore it and carry on like it never happened.FWIW, give me his/her 'no content' over this futile, circular and, frankly, dull as * argument about Dawson in the midfield.

Pretty sure it was the club pushing him in that direction. That's not really news. It's fairly well known he wanted to look elsewhere. Best for him and the club.
My preference would have been to keep him retire SloanePretty sure it was the club pushing him in that direction.
