So that’s 2-1 in the 3-year-deal’s favour over 2-year
I’d be inclined to believe Theo and Twomey over Rooch, too

I think you’d want your clubs draft team to have a flow chart of some kind when it comes to using first round draft picks:What does this say, possibly that talent identification is poor for KPDs? This is evident by the misses on players like Wilkie and McGovern.
That they are underrated by list management? Coaches seem to rate defence higher.
Or is it that lots of players can be trained as a defender, you just punch the ball and mark uncontested? This is probably the case for many.
Good.L. Sholl will not be on our list next year.

Can I have neither.This is ******* outrageous!!
If we didn't sign Murphy we'd be able to keep Sholl.
Didn't he do this last year as well?L. Sholl will not be on our list next year.

Not a surprise. Good luck to him, but he's Cale Morton Mk. II so no real loss for us.L. Sholl will not be on our list next year.

This is an easy one. Great lad, good skills, but one things Nicks doesn't compromise on is strength at and over the ball. Lachie doesn't fit. Super clubman but.Didn't he do this last year as well?
Good luck to him if true, would be the best move for both clubsL. Sholl will not be on our list next year.

Tone it down! Sholl's a contracted player. Not a surprise. Good luck to him, but he's Cale Morton Mk. II.
I'd try and trade McHenry too. With Murphy re-signed, I don't see how he gets back in.
I know we thought the same with Murphy and Nicks still sees him as best 22, but Ned wasn't that having been played as the "specialist sub", a role he even lost later in the season.
He's worth a packet of Nobby's Nuts, but then again, so is Sholl.
True. He has family ties to Carlton, North and Geelong so anything less than Cripps or Sheezel and LDU (together if he goes to North) won't suffice.Tone it down! Sholl's a contracted player.
He’ll still be on our list.. unless we pay him out and delist him.L. Sholl will not be on our list next year.

god i hope notFrom previous good source , don’t be surprised if we trade out some draft collateral for Brennan Cox as a pre agent
I wonder if there's any link between McAdam going out and our supposed interest in Chris Burgessfrom Gold Coast? Not sure if that's already been raised here, no threadmark that I can see, or maybe it's already been debunked?PLAYERCARDSTART21Chris Burgess

South Australian side circles contracted Sun: AFL Trade News
The 27-year-old has enjoyed another award-winning season.www.zerohanger.com
With Gollant waiting his turn and us (for some reason) being interested in Burgess, I guess we can afford to let McAdam go? Or maybe it's more Burgess being surplus to requirements at Gold Coast and the fact he's from SA means the media are putting 2 + 2 = 5 and reporting it as being "Crows circling Burgess!".

Our list management team need to be rounded up and shot if they think Burgess is a replacement for McAdam.
I'd happily take Jeffrey or Rosas though.
He's contracted, but not playing much AFL footy suggests there's probably not much salary to dump? Maybe more GC searching for draft points?
Maybe, I'd rather they played them and worked that out than not.Imagine trading Neddy after being the one junior we gave the most opportunities to over recent years. Seems worth it in the end
Agree, prefer to try them, but reckon we knew pretty early on that he was no good and goodish value? Reckon 3rd rounder if we are luckyMaybe, I'd rather they played them and worked that out than not.
Anyways, move him whilst the collateral is goodish value
we cant play both Butts and Keane. both offer nothing offensively.
Burgo was responsible for McAdam getting elbowed in the jaw against GWS?The inflammatory language this cockroach uses JeeeesusAdelaide forward quits Crows, seeking trade to Melbourne-based club
Shane McAdam looks set to leave the Crows this trade period.www.sen.com.au
Can’t say I’m surprised by the trade request, unfortunately
What’s all this about?:
“Rucci also added that one reason for McAdam’s pending departure is differences between he and the club’s fitness staff. The forward suffered both a thigh injury and fractured cheekbone in 2023.
“There are also some other issues that have emerged through the year in that there's clearly a difference of opinion or style between him and the fitness coaches of Adelaide as to what was best for his preparations and so forth,” Rucci said.”
I'm more interested in how much as that is the biggest factor in FA compoApparently the offer from Brisbane for Doedee is 3 years with a games played trigger for the 4th year.
So I suspect he's gone if we don't budge from a 2 year deal.
If there is any truth to that rumour, I suspect it got more to do with being able to push himself to play through niggles. You'd rather have someone who dislikes hard training?
