Club is a joke. Player development is a farce. Lack of ability to recognise and properly utilise actual talent is diabolical.

Lots to like today, Ryan and Welsh’s performances were the standouts. Welsh demonstrated enough physically to squash any concerns he may struggle at the next level.
As mentioned by others, Thilthorpe is a bit away from full match fitness.
Harry is a long way off.
Bond worth persisting with.
Jones and Ned were typical Jones and Ned.

At this point, Jones hasn't spent long enough this year in the SANFL for his career to be at a crossroads. It might be in a fortnight, especially if we go for other options.
