When does Cal’s phantom draft come out?
Apparently Monday week, he does them so late that I miss the days of Emma Quayle or Burgatron - they were less accurate but they backed themselves and put it out early enough to be interesting.

I think he'd want to see a bit of on field success. If we get rolling then I think he'll re-sign. I'd be concerned if we are bottom four
Well he’s hardly going to be excited by the prospect of playing for Adelaide if that’s part of the criteria

Yep. Although he now has his weekly show, it’s so generic as to be a tad pointless. Then suddenly 24-48 hours to go and we know pick by pick.

Hey I’m not a track watcher and don’t see much under age football. But the last two
years I have been interested as two guys that have gone to school with my daughter have popped up.
Mitch Edward’s got picked last year by Geelong and Bo Allan is up this year. Before anyone asks my daughter says he is a douche.🤣 I don’t particularly care, if he is a good footy player then I want him playing footy for us.
My question is how many kids that get picked up are not going to school that year. Both Bo and my daughter graduated last year. So he has had a full year where he can solely concentrate on Footy, no exams no school, he has just been able to fully immerse himself into being a better footballer.

Surely this is an advantage and makes him stand out as a footballer this year, does anyone think this would lessen his future growth as opposed to other draftees who have been juggling their final year of school and playing footy??
He has some terrific traits, speed, power, good overhead & competitive!
Bo also has upside…all in all would be a good pick up

I’m at a corporate event and a few in the industry are talking generally

Carlton apparently love Jagga.
Lock Draper in for us then

Given what you've reported:

if Adelaide take FOS (like we expect) then Draper gets to us with Melb & Rich taking Langford+Smillie

if Adelaide take Draper over FOS then Langford gets to us with Melb & Rich taking FOS+Smillie (or Smillie if Rich opt for Langford which sounds unlikely)

Appreciate this. Anything on Hotton? Or anything related to West Coast?
Hotton “would have been a top 5 pick” “ACLs do scare clubs”

And only thing mentioned from memory about eagles was that you were one of like 6 clubs mentioned that like Travaglia.
So it is not seen that Saints would take Allan 8
It’s not seen that we will have pick 8 is what I took away from that.

Thats from 3 recruiters and 2 industry heavyweight player agents.

I think he's settled enough at the club by now. Would be amazed if NWM isn't re-signed for the long term next year.
Nah, if you understood how close he was to leaving last time - you’d also probably agree it’s not going to be so straightforward this time.

I expect at some point he’s going to play in Adelaide I just hope like hell it’s not something he asks to do when he’s out of contract.
He’d be worth 2 firsts in 12 months time if he wasn’t OOC
