This one is going to be a deadline trade. Because it will get done, GWS and the Crows are probably just waiting to see where their draft picks sit to do some steak knife late pick swaps. Wouldnt surprise me if they have agreed to two scenarios but each scenario may impact GWS ability to trade something they want.

I reckon we upped our offer for Cumming which boosted GWS EOF pick to be able to go F3 and F4 for Peatling. GWS will be able to trade the Cumming pick for a premium during the draft

If you think about it though Sloane is probably half right. He has seen the clubs culture at its worst for during the 2010s. Then saw a positive culture brought in by Nicks. So in his time he has seen a huge culture shift. But there is a difference between playing culture and club culture. This is the part Sloane is wrong about. He and his family may love living in Adelaide but maybe exploring a sting of a few seasons at another club in another state would have been beneficial. In the end I suspect he will have to do that anyway.

Wonder if Kane asked that question to Robbie who took up a position at Port after he retired.

Thats why i would love to get our hands on their F1 next year while they are in a rebuilding phase and its likely to be a bottom 2-3 pick and dyson sharpe is there
