I don't think Neser is even in the squad. Why did we pick him. Surely Neser was a better option.
it's because his wife is there
Westy, what rationale could there be for not even trying Green with a couple of overs that session?Yeah poor session by Australia
England day so far
No, your point was “if so and so aren’t taking wickets, why would anyone else do better” - that’s not really an opinion. They’re also whataboutisms. There's no "whataboutisms" mate.
I gave you my opinions clearly which are different to yours.
If you don't agree with them, I don't really care.
You sound like a smug prick TBH.
Can't really argue with that, but England are still miles behind and, by the logic of giving it away and the opposition a sniff, the pendulum could well swing back. If they can get the last seven wickets for 100, there's no reason why we can't.Since we got to 3/310 it's been a pathetic disgrace. Give your wicket away and the opponent a sniff and this is where you can wind up. I thought England were the kings of stupid, amateurish cricket but we've decided to up our game in that regard amazingly since late yesterday.
Starc's pies more expensive than the food at Lord's.
Green deserves a go here surely.
Injured? Or poor captaincy otherwise. I’m not sure what answer I’d prefer, as neither is good.Westy, what rationale could there be for not even trying Green with a couple of overs that session?
ummm...yeah Don't think its confidence...Westy, what rationale could there be for not even trying Green with a couple of overs that session?
This is the very epitome of when to use your genuine fifth bowler on a good batting track and the batting side going well.Unless the sports science people have pulled rank, Green should bowl much more than he actually does.
near death.Victory or death?
