They are not that quick of a team Adelaide but they have an abundance of in and under workhorses who break you down.
I reckon De Koning would like his chances of out running O'Brien. Blues can capitalise with he & Silvagni there.

50/50 game.

Carlton deserve to be favourites. But the Crows will be confident they can get us.

Doc is a big out but hasn’t been in great form. Keen to see who we bring in with Walsh, Acres and Kennedy reportedly ready to go.

Very happy Harry is now free to play. Keeps us as favourites IMO, albeit only slightly.

The Blues midfield will be much stronger this week with our ins - allowing our Bulls to focus on “bulling” & runners focus on distributing.

The last few weeks we’ve had Bulls trying to do it all - not great.

We’ve therefore lost centre clearances - our scores from clearance much lower than normal , scores from D50 much higher - new learnings!

Our defence ( team & back 6 )has been epic.

Adelaide are scoring well, but are letting the oppo score just as heavily. Their defence is their weakest link.
The combination of our newly expanded midfield, in form forwards & blanketing defence, will see The Blues home.

Thilthorpe may also have something to say about that... ;)

Got a horrible feeling our mids will be exposed for pace and defensive running.

Tipping Crows by 5 goals+
I want to see Dawson line up on Cripps..that will get Cripps thinking as if he plays loose, Dawson will really hurt Carlton the other way and Dawson won't get bullied as he is almost the same size - Cripps usually towels us up in the centre for clearances so it will pose a different problem imo..but if Cripps did get a hold of Dawson, we could be in real trouble

I don't think that's how it works...

Showers / Rain expected after 6pm will be the Crows equalizer!
Crows by 22 points!

Also, he bangs on about their ins....... Pedlar is a huge in for us, a young, goal kicking hard nut midfielder who kicked 3 in the showdown, and with MacAdam also available again........ am quite confident we'll win this. Our kicking will be the deciding factor. We should be 4-0 at present. Bad kicking at goal cost us 2 wins.

Funny that, most comments on the Blues board think that Adelaide will win. I don't know a single Blues fan that's been convinced by our grinding start to the season. Keep living in this little made up world though, gl.

Not true, I've read that whole thread and I'd say it's 50-50 on your mob's thoughts on the outcome.
