On form, blues should win this and win easy

The bye makes it interesting though, some teams come out of it fired up & others like they've spent a week on a beach in Bali - hard to say what we'll see especially as they're both coming off the bye

Also interested to see if SDK & TDK go head to head at anytime in the ruck, with no Stanley or pittonet, there's a chance it could happen

Curious how danger is going to look first game back from injury. Has said in the media that he's had to modify his game, are we going to see a less explosive, more careful Dangerfield?

If Geelong are to beat Carlton, they're likely to need to put in a 4 quarter effort, something they've not manage to do since round 7, when they beat the blues by 13 points. Carlton have been finishing strong of late, winning the final quarter in the last 3 games by an average of 3 goals.

After all that, I'm just going to be boring and pick Carlton by 16 points, but I'm happy as long as it's a decent contest tbh

Concerned about the ruck situation, Blicavs is competitive but it means we lose him out of the midfield as he'll need to mind TDK.

We'll see how it all goes. Any result would not surprise me.

On paper Blues have it all over us, except in small forwards (and we have no small defenders anyway).

7-3 record with him in the side. No chance seems a bit extreme.
Watch and see!

Sheesh i despise him as a player and how he is getting games has me ****ed. We play with virtually 17 men on the ground when we dont have the ball. He is slow / Has no defensive side to his game and only hits the scoreboard when he cherry picks cheapies and is left alone inside F50.

We cannot be playing him IMO if we are serious.

Fantasia - if a coach keeps picking a player and you can't work out why it's probably something to do with structure that that player does that is valued. Same goes for blokes who for some reason never seem to get a game.

Saw this up close with Cumberland and the Tigers last week, three coaches in a row don't pick him because when the ball is not within 5 metres of him he does **** all.

He’s warming the spot for Motlop or Martin (whoever returns first). Some get convinced of his “off the ball” work. But for mine, he and Durdin are comfortably the ones hanging by thread and getting games by reason of absences

This blood boiling, keyboard smashing hatred for a player looks very familiar.
This is me whenever Parfitt plays.

"So Vossy if you have good aerial and frontal D can your boys hang out the back and ball to the qback?"*

Do yourself a favour and switch it to 7. I pay for fox but refuse to watch if there are fta games. The fox analysis is offensive to my eyes and ears. 7 pretty neutral.
