Sounds like Chief needs to review whose responsible for moderating the thread.

Not really appropriate that one of the most involved posters in the thread also holds the gun used for threadbanning and deleting posts.

99.9% of the time this is simply not true and the aggrieved is just trying to get a campaign going to hassle a moderator.

I've read the thread, and thought some of the posts from the mods were a bit whack. And then stories similar to SBTDOTB's from several people.

Should I believe them straight away? Probably not.
But the information lined up with some of the attitudes I'd seen expressed in the thread, so I did.

Understand you as mods have a thankless task to do, and I do appreciate a lot of the work (particularly from our own KC).

However, the behaviour from some of the mods in that thread is for the bin. I don’t know how you could possibly defend it.

Another unfair aspect of the “investigation”.

People know the accused, so any gripe a former player has can be aired and used as evidence. Fair enough.

But the players are still anonymous. So hypothetically what if player X told Campbell brown

bloke i know had an industrial factory which he rented out, the tenant was running a tv repair buisness back in the CRT days when flat screens were still in their infancy.

long story short the tenant went broke moved out but there were old tvs stacked up down the side of the factory, work got around that it was a drop of spot for old tvs and punters started dumping their old tvs there to save the tipping fee, before long the whole site was wall to wall of TVs , tenant was long gone and the owner had to get rid of all the tvs, pretty expensive exercise with no rent coming in either.
