It isn’t clear but given the JK said the panel had relocated interstate to interview a family, coupled with the fact Amy and Ian aren’t participating, coupled with the fact that Zac and his family live in Victoria, we can assume the remaining family is the one that comes from interstate, lived at a coaches house, visited the player at the coaches house, didn’t want to leave, left and were discouraged from loving to Vic and then weren’t paid the $10k relocation expenses they wanted. Ie not the abortion or forced breakup up family

That counts far more for me than what rich peoples court in Canberra said.

Amy won't give evidence and Clarko isn't being tried at a criminal court.

Very different situations.

And then the highest court in Australia overturned the decision and wrote a scathing report on the highest court of Victoria stating basically there was no legal grounds for them uphold the jury's decision.

All courts are for rich people mate, the more expensive your lawyer is the better the outcome will be

Problem now is that the AFL will want to ensure there is an outcome despite any difficulties. They cannot have a report that says nobody was interested in co-operating or taking part in the process. They can't win ffs.

Why should he? It may not have been in scope for what he was commissioned to do, and without knowing that I don't think we can pass judgement. He didn't publish it either, it came to public attention when its existence was reported on by Jackson.

If it was the AFL, Jackson would not have known and the leaker would not have been able to tell him who the players were in order to reach out to them as they weren't named in the report. The families who wouldn't talk to Hawthorn but would talk to Egan, were willing to talk to Jackson. Who introduced them to Jackson? We don't know for sure but we can guess.
