Sorry im a tad slow, so now its the opposite of what was originally reported?Confirmed by Jake Niall on SEN that families/accusers other than the main reported one have opted not to be a part of the investigation.
It was originally reported that all but the family who accused Clarko of standing over them and demanding they abort their child, would participate.

Who's the main reported one?
And then the highest court in Australia overturned the decision and wrote a scathing report on the highest court of Victoria stating basically there was no legal grounds for them uphold the jury's decision.Pell's accuser gave evidence under oath and he was found guilty by a jury, then the highest court in Victoria upheld the verdict.
That counts far more for me than what rich peoples court in Canberra said.
Amy won't give evidence and Clarko isn't being tried at a criminal court.
Very different situations.
Not opposite, just more have decided not to go through the process.Sorry im a tad slow, so now its the opposite of what was originally reported?
Problem now is that the AFL will want to ensure there is an outcome despite any difficulties. They cannot have a report that says nobody was interested in co-operating or taking part in the process. They can't win ffs.Let me get this straight:
-Hawks begin a review in to experiences of 1st nations players during the period when Kennett WAS NOT the president.
-Hawks got very little response from past players so engaged Egan.
-Rusty gets wind of the report and access the players himself, releasing the infamous article.
-AFL forced into conducting a review and organise an independent cultural sensitive panel.
-Complainants refuse to talk to the panel.
-Author of the report is accused of fraudulent behavior that involves gaining money for others while taking a cut for himself.
mmmmm. Wonder why the complainants don't want to talk to a competent panel that will be able to discover the truth.
Bitching about not being afforded due process and suffering trial by media.
Oh. The. F***ing. Irony.
It's fricken hilarious. He is literally bemoaning the exact same thing he did to Clarkson.Bitching about not being afforded due process and suffering trial by media.

Ahh gotya, cheersNot opposite, just more have decided not to go through the process.
Originally, everyone EXCEPT the family who had accused Clarkson of ordering an abortion were going to go through the process after the AFL agreed to a larger investigation.
Now, others have dropped out of the agreement, no mention of who or how many
How so? Egan was asked to commission a report, and he did.

there's no clear evidence of this. You are missing a couple of bullet points, like how Jackson got wind of the report and access to players who previously didn't want to talk to anyone other than Egan
Sorry, meant "was commissioned to write a report". Was pretending to work while I typed lolKennett/Hawthorn commissioned the report not Egan.
The mail I have is that Kennett wanted the report to * over Clarkson.
Can you really imagine Kennett commissioning a report to be done that he didn’t know the outcome of?
"I did not receive a fair and proper opportunity to respond to the allegations prior to it being published"
Egan never gave a Clackson and Fagan a fair and proper opportunity.
Why should he? It may not have been in scope for what he was commissioned to do, and without knowing that I don't think we can pass judgement. He didn't publish it either, it came to public attention when its existence was reported on by Jackson.
I heard it was youSomeone leaked it to Jackson and the Herald Sun.
Egan, Hawthorn on the AFL.
If it was the AFL, Jackson would not have known and the leaker would not have been able to tell him who the players were in order to reach out to them as they weren't named in the report. The families who wouldn't talk to Hawthorn but would talk to Egan, were willing to talk to Jackson. Who introduced them to Jackson? We don't know for sure but we can guess.Someone leaked it to Jackson and the Herald Sun.
