How exactly does Worrell get a game? He hasn't been selected for a medium/tall defender (Kelly), hasn't been selected for a small (Brown), hasn't been selected for a half back (Hamill).

Is he purely cover for Doedee? What gives?

I'd be ok if Mackay was the sub as he's ideal for that role, a fringe senior player and not a youngster, but starting 18? It really is one step forward and two step backwards with this club.

So, how is everyone feeling about this weeks game? I'm very pessimistic. I just don't see us winning.
GWS have been playing poorly this year and have a terrible coach, but their talent level is >>>>>ours.

We played 3 terrible quarters against North and 1 poor quarter and 2 terrible quarters against Hawthorn. They are the two bottom teams.

We are not in form or playing well. I'm hopeful we will turn it around, but don't think we will.

I picked GWS.

Our changes make me consider swapping to us... but I don't think we're quite good enough.

Fog deserves to be dropped. Too many people have a love affair with him. Unfortunately the idea is better than the reality. He ain’t built for the modern game.

It's extremely hard to tell whether he's 'built for the modern game' as we drop him every 2 games. How the **** is the kid supposed to get any consistency or understand what it takes at the top level?

It's just a ****ing joke now.

Dropping Fogarty and replacing him with Mackay in yes 2021 is utterly disgraceful and we deserve to get smashed off the park thuis week.

Nicks can **** off as well, after his ridiculous performances over the last week the Lynch sub fiasco and now this.

Going to be interesting to see if the midfield experiment continues with Fogarty in the SANFL...he's a forward or he's a bust looking more and more possible IMO.

I could just barely stomach (but not really) dropping Fogarty if we didn't bring back Mackay and looked instead to develop other players like Worrell.

But we did bring back Mackay. It's extremely short sighted of us. Suggests we don't really care that much about using the AFL side as a development tool for players like Fogarty

Makes you wonder why we drafted him. Obviously to strengthen our SANFL side.
