I cant see Lynch playing Friday night given the condition he was reported to be in.
Kelly has battled on well but will not get better, panic merchant and I shake my head when he is tackled, looks like a 5 year old kid that has lost his parents.
Beech also punching above his weight.
I want Charlie back but needs to pull his finger out.
Doedee, Cheney are ones to come in.
That makes sense. He is a break glass in case of an emergency player only. The club would have told him that at the end of last year. I do think the club is desperate to give him a farewell game though. If I was to guess, I would say a farewell game against Geelong.

Would drop Kelly. Handy depth player but that's about it. How he turned a 20m gap on his opponents into them getting the ball and a shot on goal is beyond me. Give Doedee a go already. We spent a first round pick on him yet we refuse to play him.
But Hartigan's injury will probably save Kelly as we won't want to change our defence too much, and Otten is more like-for-like.
Looks like not many stood up in the SANFL this week, which sucks because I think Milera, Atkins and Beech all look very droppable at the moment.

Needs freshening up when Charlie or Seedsman are ready.
Beech - good depth.
Hartigan - bummer.
Milera - has gone alright, but needs to go back to the SANFL, dominate a bit, get his confidence up, then bring him back.
Mackay - a good day by his standards; almost no impact.

You must have missed Greenwood's work in the last quarter. Pivotal to us getting over the line. Brad Crouch was very good all day. Matt was poor, although he got some back in the last.
I'm not he biggest DMac fan however he deserves to hold his spot before a very soft and inept Milera who has been poor for large parts of the year

Milera has to be dropped. He is not earning his spot. Not enough to say we need to play the young talent. I see little evidence of the talent tbh. He still has a lot to learn - go back and kick some running goals in the SANFL.

I hope you're right. But I think tensions are quite high between Thommo and the club right now.
I'm hoping we can keep him on board in a coaching role next year.

I don't think we are good enough to carry him while this happens, and I don't think he is good enough at the moment to warrant it
Based on Pykes selection history there won't be more than 1 unforced change. With Hartigan out and Otten in, as well as Cameron and potentially Lynch returning, I'm betting he sticks with the status quo and will keep both Milera and Kelly in the side.

Milera was in doubt with a knee. Played anyway. Skinny kids who rely on their pace can't nurse their way through. Silly by us to pick him again. Needs a break to freshen up.

I think the upside of carrying him is worth it. He has had some pretty good games this year. But he is a player in development. I think that part of choosing the optimal way of developing him is knowing when he will benefit from playing SANFL. I would like him take what he has learnt at AFL level and go and dominate the SANFL for a few weeks. I am happy to give him back his gold pass in a few weeks time. It might be time to give the gold pass to Gallucci for a couple of weeks. In any case Beech has to go. Milera should be playing in front of Mackay. Knight hasn't shown what I was expecting from him. So Milera should have a few ways back into the side if he performs as he should in the SANFL. Give him 2 to 3 weeks in the SANFL and bring him back with some confidence for the run in to finals (if we make them).
