We can't carry O'Meara and Walters in the same side with their inability to move.
Walters especially suffering without speed and pressure around him.

Still should've had three goals in the first 10 minutes if Banners and Treacy kick straight.Did he explain why he had our main ruckman on the bench and started with two tall forwards instead of three?
In: Voss/Out: Amiss (Protocols)
In: Chapman/Out: Hughes
In: Brodie/Out: O'Meara
In: Worner/Out: Erasmus
In: Simpson/Out: Banfield
In: Switta or Freddy (fitness pending)/Out: Walters
No coach would make 6 changes if they could avoid it. Yesterday screams aberration too.I think you got it right big fella
I doubt JLO has the balls to do this
Conversation “we’ll manage you until you’re able to move properly” honestly he can’t cover the ground..just like Tabs who shouldn’t get the nod ffs.2 weeks in a row, I've watched players run past JOM, his lack of speed is a liability and he can't go in the guts and win the hardball. Needs to go.
Out Amiss, In Voss
out Young, In Brodie
out JOM, in Simpson
Out Erasmus, in Frederick
Hard conversation with Walters needed
Nah I disagree with some of those changes:I think you got it right big fella
I doubt JLO has the balls to do this
if we lost a game because our ruckman was on the bench for five minutes then we don't deserve to win s**t. not to mention we didn't lose the game in the 1st, we lost in the second where we fundamentally just lost all around the ground
Fyfe went forward and it left us with Young Brayshaw Serong or Johnson. Having Brodie going in there would have worked better especially against a big midfield like WC. He also is happy to try and chase down the oppo from the clearance which might leave Young with more opportunity to be more attacking. He showed in the last quarter that he can see and hit targets in he forward 50 with precision. They others haven't been able to on a regular basisNah I disagree with some of those changes:
- If you want to drop JOM it needs to be for Switta, they both play similar roles
- As a Brodie fan, you can't just bring him in because he is playing well at Peel. Brodie Is a midfield bull and can only replace a midfield bull i.e. Fyfe or Young. Otherwise the balance will be all off.
- Both Worner and Chapman can't come into the side, only one of them needs to replace Hughes
- Debuting Simpson is a great idea to lift up the team but only as the sub.
I agree with everything else.
This. Rarely have I ever seen our mids able just clear it from the middle and hit a leading forward target.Fyfe went forward and it left us with Young Brayshaw Serong or Johnson. We didn’t get any deep marking entries while the Eagles did.Still should've had three goals in the first 10 minutes if Banners and Treacy kick straight.

They’re related. Our method is reliant on our talls making it hard for opposition defences to zone off. We’ve played three talls every game this season, and then seemingly abandoned the structure against a side whose main selling point is having defenders very good at taking intercept marks.Yeah the Darcy Jackson thing has nothing to do with it. The zombie snorefest game that we play when we get possession is a death sentence.
IN | OUT |
Taberner | Amiss (Concussion Protocols) |
Brodie | Young (Hammy) |
Frederick | O'Meara (Omitted) |
Switkowski (?) / Simpson | Walters (Managed) |
Chapman | Hughes |
Surely Hughes will get dropped if Chapoy is ready.
IN OUT Taberner Amiss (Concussion Protocols) Brodie Young (Hammy) Frederick O'Meara (Omitted) Switkowski (?) / Simpson Walters (Managed)
Hughes & Banfield won't get dropped. Johnson won't go out either if he hasn't already at this point.
The reality is 4 is more than enough changes I see this club being comfortable with doing. They want to win now, and as much as I want to see them, you can't bring it the likes of Simpson, Worner and Stanley all at once. I see Simpson as the likely one if Switkowski isn't up. We really should be getting early looks at what him and Delean can generate at AFL and if they can offer something different. Voss seems alright so far but he isn't getting picked ahead of Taberner.
Yeh I want him in badTreacy aside we had too many fwds shirk in a marking pack. He won’t View attachment 1965771

Referring to a fan last night abusing WaltersWhat do you mean when you ask about Walters after the game last night?
Edit: if you mean concussion symptoms, I don't know, but in some respects that would be good rationale for resting him.
Chappy after his third game of WAFL is 100% ready.Surely Hughes will get dropped if Chappy is ready.
