Prediction Changes v Crows

Can confirm punters at beagles are expecting to lose Brooksby this week. Most likely in for Vardy I'm guessing.

If it isn't now its never.

Nic still 6 odd weeks off.

Hickey with sore ankle.

Vardy out of form, Brooksby in decent touch and fit.

Playing in SA where Brooksby played his best season last year.

Up against a young, inexperienced Crows ruckman.

The planets have lined up.

semantics...knock yourself out. split the hairs. either/or. apa aja.
But he's right.

A danger game is one you're expected to win. We aren't expect to win.
Adelaide beat us last year convincingly when we were in better form, and they were languishing down the ladder.

The only team this could be a danger game for is Adelaide - and even that's debatable as we are the Premiers with a good record in Adelaide. We arent expected to win, but it wouldnt be a big upset either.

Ill have a crack-
Out: Venners In: Waterman
Out: Jetta, In: Rotham (Nelson wouldn't surprise )
Out Hickey In: Brooksby
Out Vardy, In: Schofield .

Why hasn't Nelson been able to work his way back into the side? IIRC he was serviceable down back and certainly offered more than Cole.

Though Rotham has to be stiff.
Cole was better than Nelson last season. Tide seems to have shifted this year a bit. Nelson looks stronger and quicker in the 2's now.

Perfect but the MC will never do 4 changes too conservative, in place of Waterman any good form Mid will do I like Ah Chee can pinch hit. But the team need Waterman for defensive pressure.

Questions over Nelson's disposal I would imagine, he's not the best ball user

Wasn't aware there was a clear set definition or interpretation for a 'danger game'...?
I simply meant there's a danger we could lose this. I did start off by saying 'stating the obvious'.
Perhaps it's subjective, so I'll clarify by saying it's a danger game for me!?
I hope that pleases everyone and we can return to endlessly debating other topics of greater importance? ((;

Keen to see this guy play on the big stage...

It's going to be wet, filthy and it's a twilight game.

For the love of all that is good in the world can we please not go in too damned tall!

Out: Venables (inj), Jetta (susp), Hickey (inj)

In: Ah Chee (sorry Mallen, the conditions nudge me to a more mature body), Nelson, Mallen (His father was a mudder. His Mother was a mudder)

EMG: Rotham, Brooksby, Schofield, Smith

Oscar can chop out Vards in the ruck and we play small down back during those periods. Shep annihilating Tex at ground level will be amusing. If they want to go aerial to exploit the height mismatch the Gov will feast.

I'm bullish. If we don't kill ourselves at selection we can put the hurt on the Crows and get a 2 game buffer on them.

so if Brooksby comes in and Darcy Fort holds his spot I can bring in Fort and get Brooksby on the bench.
I can put Marshal into the forward line and finally get rid of Darling o free up some cash for a player who will actually get me some points.

Oh wrong team....oops.

Three are forced changes and the forth is Vardy out for Schofield so Oscar can pinch hit.

If wet I would drop Vardy for a small not Schofield.

Darling rucks forward, Brooksby the guts and Allen / Gov the backline.

Simmo on ruckman Keegan Brooksby: "He's been great for us this year. He's what we needed at WAFL level and his leadership has been first class. He's definitely in the mix this week"

Sounds like Nic Nat is returning!
Sounds like they have absolutely no intention of debuting Brooksby
