Fans and members deserve action. Burton and Haas are why this has happened. All our players can’t run and it’s showing on the scoreboard.

Whoever allowed this appointment (if it’s Fagan so be it) also need to go.
Needs to be accountability for destroying a quality squad & premiership chances.

That means nothing less than sackings!

Huge elephant in the room is Collective Minds. I can't help feeling a bit depressed everytime I think about them. Unless we address this waste of time, we will not rebound from our predicament.
We definitely need to switch shysters for next season

He looks utterly stuffed. Can’t run and is puffed at every contest. He’s not right.

Our conditioning this year is so bad.
It's an amateur show, laughable.
Work experience kids have got hold of our group.

The confidence is broken because the fitness and body has been broken and mismanaged.
It kills confidence, continuity, cohesion etc.
That well oiled machine has had cogs ripped out and the rest are clunky and not nicely interlocking anymore.
That's why we don't look like that machine anymore.

It's not just who is out at given points in time, it's the conditioning of the group, the fact most have been injured/still carrying injuries and so on.
Absolutely fuming at the idiots in charge of it and those who hired them.

Ugly - After not being able to secure a GF ticket last year I purchased a finals series ticket for this year at $1400
I figured we were good for a prelim at WOSRST.....a semi if all went wrong.
Here we are....a basket case of a club playing with zero intent or passion.....ANYONE can beat us ATM.
No finals this year....what a poor investment that was. Brisbane attack the ball harder !!!!!
Great investment

Either Richmond go back and that is $$$ or the Eagles do and somebody picks it up on the way through for $$$

I was driving; caught second half. Not going to watch Channel 7, not even second quarter. No point.

Anybody --- what happened?
Was Betts' 2.6 defining? 3.5 and we win. I heard Betts and Walker had a miss each in last qu.
Did they stack their D50 in last quarter?

I mean --- seriously --- we lose to a Fyfe-less Freo? o_O Whale oil beef hooked.
:( :'(

Team just looked inept. I don't know how else to put it.

There are absolutely issues that need to be dealt with. Collective Minds is one of them. Our pre-season training regime is another.

Season 2018 is completely shot, but there are still positives that we can take out of the year. We clearly have players who are carrying injuries, and others who just aren't up to it. Now is the chance to send players off for surgery early, so that we have a full squad ready for training on Day 1 of pre-season training. Conduct those "independent reviews" into CM and the training mess. Give some of our other youngsters a go, to expose them at the next level and see what they've got.

That doesn't mean we should be throwing the baby out with the bathwater. We're still right in the zone for the 2019 flag, but first we need to fix everything which has gone wrong this year. Rebuild, no. Fix the problems and reset for 2019, absolutely.

Good - Poholke, Gibbs, Doedee.

Bad - 4 losses on the spin. We are basically needing 4 pts next week away from home against ok opposition (you only need to be poor or below average to beat us so ok should be a breeze) just to give ourselves any hope at all to squeeze 8th.

Ugly - we dont know how to win close. Port, Giants and Freo were all winnable. Thats 12 competition points dropped imo. Thats us in 4th, heck 6th if we split the last 4 2-2. Good teams find ways to win the close ones.

Our defensive structure sucks so badly.

Pyke has lost so much trust, we knew he didnt have a plan B during a match but now we know he doesnt actually have any other plan at all and so persists with inferior cattle.

We dont drop people- which means our culture sucks. Players should live in fear of a trip down to the SANFL, the good blokes of the club know it wont happen. Again, Pyke is spineless.

We are 9 months after a GF appearance and our season is on life support and the doctors are only giving us 4 rounds to live (im suspecting mathematically maybe 6 depending on results) It just so happens that we play Hawthorn, WCE, Richmond and Geelong. We need 12 pts minimum over that stretch.

Rebuild isnt the answer. It doesnt work for any side. Unless you want a decade of pain. What we can do is be strategic and sit down and say "If Sauce, Dmac and Jenkins all get hit by trucks - who do we play?" And then play them for the rest of the year.

Get all of our guys healed up.

Fire our spuds in the box and in the gym and prepare for an assault at 2019 with a softer draw and a fit list.

Giving Rory an ultimatum is best imo. Decide your future now or you are in the 2s until you do. Vic sides wont come for a bloke who is injured and not playing 1s. If they do, we get decent compo anyway. Play the bloke who will replace him...which is Brad crouch anyway
Rebuild is the answer

Sloane deserves to choose if he stays or goes but we must trade Atkins, Mackay, Lynch, Cey and Kelly. All are just not good enough.
We will still have enough older guys to keep em on track

Christ Kym Dillon is terrible on talk back
The Crows and everyone who works there are the greatest ever in the whole wide world.
Do you think they're not professional like every club? - Kymbo

Lol this guy. I know he's always just protecting the boys club down there but Kymbo, news for you mate, doesn't mean they are doing the job well. ;)

All clubs now know that full rebuilds cost a decade.

Mini rebuilds is where it is at. I agree with your trades but they aren't our core elite and so what you describe IS a minirebuild.
