Realistically the earliest and best time to have brought soligo on would've been 10 to 15 minutes into the 3rd. Which is when it started raining heavily again.

We also only used 61 of the available 75 interchanges. First week back compared to gold coast playing their 2nd, makes you think we should have managed that better and used them all.

Has he spent 5 weeks inside ? Don’t be silly
Well neither did Soligo. Injured 31st January, played a half against West Coast March 2nd, that’s 4.5 weeks but he commenced running before that and also full training.

Edit: According to Bigmans reports he was running Feb 14, so that’s 2 weeks inside!!

Tex did his back 2 weeks ago and has basically walked laps since.

Can’t believe this loss of fitness from Soligo is all after 2 weeks given he was running 2 weeks after his injury! Makes perfect sense he couldn’t play a full game on March 16 given he missed 2 weeks only and has been back running for a month

How much running and at what speed ?

Lol - who cares. The point made - and backed up by history - is there are rules for senior players v junior players

You are right that Tex will not be sub but neither would Smith , Crouch or Laird be after 2 weeks out

It’s not the 1970s still grey crow

The reason why burgess is paid more than the senior coach is because he’s the best in his field

If his knowledge isn’t being used then the club is more F’d than any single error or loss

If we are deliberately sabotaging wins to gift senior players games in a Nicks contract year that depends on success as early as possible and burgess is in on it

I’m out and couldn’t believe your stick around either

Day drinking?

You know what I say is true. We don't think it's sabotage we think it's standard selection

WTF is burgess doing at the club ? Why would he stick around ?

He’s never just been anywhere to collect a pay check

If it’s a debacle in there he changes it or he’s out

You’re not even sure what he does at the club so it’s best not to even get involved

Giving a ‘LOL and a who cares’ re training loads proves the point

Burgess is paid more than Nicks!?

Eff me do you know how many weeks are in a month???
What is a "few weeks" compared to "nearly a month"????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Hint, a few weeks is 2 and nearly a month is 3 and I recall Soligo was out for 4 weeks so it wasn't a few weeks.

Well he certainly wasn’t stuck indoors for 5 weeks like you claimed!!

He was doing running after 2 weeks, followed by full training and half a game 2.5 weeks after that.

How about you address your bogus post before asking stupid questions.

Now how much walking has Tex done in the last 2 weeks and at what speed?

Well we found your source

Of course I know what he does. As do every other poster. You are not the gatekeeper you think you are

The question was asked would Tex be made sub after 2 weeks out and you squibbed it by going on a rant about the 1970s

That’s the thing , we don’t know

I can’t believe you blokes aren’t more up and arms about Burgess being paid a ridiculous amount when he’s just a glorified personal trainer

It wouldn't be bigfooty without people accusing coaches and fitness staff of doing a bad job because they assume they are because their wants weren't met.
Ehh I just want other posters thoughts on our historically effed up selection procedures but they keep squibbing

It’s not our needs that weren’t met.
He was literally doing run throughs after the match.
What a waste, the communication between nicks and burgess needs work.

Oh cool, you know each players fitness and match day plans and know first hand what Nicks and Burgess discuss and when they discuss it? Fantastic.
