1 Goal, 7 Behinds and 2 Out on the full that quarter.

I would suggest some goal kicking at training but if they havent learned after the last 3 years they probably never will.

To the bloke who predicted 2nd term behind-fest for Cats, great call:thumbsu: Christ.....Could've squared this.

The Cats did have a spell there with some shocking misses, but I think there has been poor kicking for goal from both sides.

That aside, its been a cracking game. The Hawks exploded out of the blocks and Rioli has been huge. Cats matching the intensity in the second.

One of the worst first halfs Geelong has played in along time, shocking shots on goal... reminds me of 08 GF that we ****ed up

Hooper has a couple of handpasses - he went off in the first term with a hammy. Sadly, he won't be returning. I felt he had a good impact on the game while he was on the ground.

Really enjoying this game, Hawks Cats clashes are always great games.

Is it just me or is the only reason Geelong are still in this match because the Hawk's cant get it out of the backline? we seem to be really struggling with it, a credit to the Cat's forwards because they are the only ones putting much pressure on us. :p

Is anyone from Geelong ever going to have the cohonies to acknowledge that the Hawks have their measure and take it up to them every time. Your lot are not having an off day, they are wilting under the pressure. The cats have a history of missing easy shots so don't make it out that it's just this game or the 08 gf for that matter, go back and look at your point kicking stat.

Can anyone tell me why Laddo didn't get a free kick for the head high contact.

For those saying that scarlett should be playing on roughie or franklin - it's because he's too slow and wouldn't get close. Interesting to see how many weeks for his "manly" attack on ossie.

Just you, cos if the Cats would of kicked straigh the game would be neck and neck or the Cats would have their noses in front.

Which is it, we are either wilting under the pressure or have a history of inaccuracy?

(Ill give you a hint its the latter...)

serious question...

has rhan hooper touched the ball yet?...is he actually playing?

Injured his hamstring early in the first, hasn't gone back on

No.. I dont tip against my team.. :)

Well the way there going you might end up with 6;)

But i do expect the cats to come back in the 2nd half.
