Midfield is the big concern for me
They are a little flat track bully like

When things are going our way they are fantastic but they can’t seem to stem the oppo team when they get a run and it really puts our defenders under the pump

We seem to be very slow when the ball is in transition against us and have trouble cutting off the corridor, maybe a mix of being a shorter midfield and a few guys who aren’t known for speed

been thinking about that a lot, hense my post a few minutes ago.

I am a realist and top 4 is a bridge too far for Richmond in 2022 unfortunately
our losses to Adelaide & Carlton have cost us a top 4 this year

Melbourne
Brisbane
Fremantle

have the top 3 spots secured and 4th spot will be between Sydney & St Kilda

Agree the top 3 seem a lock although the Dockers would not want the Covid issues that West Coast have endured at any stage this year.
At the very least the games are yours to lose and you have the opportunity to control your own destiny.
The Swans have a tough next 5 weeks with Carlton, Melbourne and Port away, then you guys and the Saints at home.
Realistically I think your a chance for 4th and a lock if you beat the Swans next week.

You can only play with the cards you've been dealt and the remainder of the fixture looks favourable based on current form and that of the teams you will face.
Agree that you are building and importantly getting close to your best team on the park, now you need continuity in the personal week to week. That said I still think there's a role for Tarrant in the team and come finals he will be important.
Lynch may or may not get a week but this won't matter as you will easily account for the Bumbers. I actually see this as an opportunity for Riewoldt to become the focal point and kick a bag.
The other bonus with the draw is that the Swans play the Saints twice as well as other teams above you like Carlscum. Fortuitously every time the sides above you play each other one has to lose creating opportunity if your good enough to take it.

I think I'd be looking at Gibcus for Wright. Wright is a slow lead up forward with good leap and hands. For me, Tarrant can't handle that, but Gibcus with his speed and more importantly, leap and punch, is the better match up.

trying to cut it back a bit but getting f’ed up headaches and stuff

Dandelion tea, tastes like shit the first few times and makes you piss heaps.
Gets better though.
Every time you think about a coffee, substitute one in.

Chicory or Cacao are good options too.

Cacao with half a teaspoon of turmeric, half teaspoon of raw sugar and a teaspoon of raw honey is my go-to hot drink, it's seriously good for you and once you get used to it you really look forward to it.

Cacao's full of protein and lots of vitamins and minerals, turmeric's an awesome anti-inflammatory, good stuff.
