Does it matter m8? If it was 20m, off the ball or 200m does it change anything? Its an exaggeration and getting to a nice round number to illustrate that this was very far away from play. It did what it was meant to do and that sure as hell isnt trying to trick people.

Gaff has thrown a punch about 30cm below shoulder height against a similar height opponent. I really doubt he intended to clock Brayshaw flush on the jaw and do all that damage.

I think majority of them were cheering for the fact he got up after being flattened by Johnson/Ryan (which he deserved by the way). A lot of the crowd were unaware of the hit behind play until the end.

This isn’t about Lyon. Jesus, Lyon could say Gaff was wearing a wig and playing an xylophone at the time, it doesn’t matter what he says. It’s what Gaff did, that’s the real important thing here.
