Positive - Jack Williams was fantastic. Had his best game not just on the scoreboard but also as support ruckman.

Negative - Jamie Cripps. Inexcusable and childish. Should get a WAFL spell.

Firstly I was pretty proud of the fight the boys put up. We were up against it and off our feet given the circumstances but showed some serious heart.

JWill is a player
Ginbey was great
a lot of the kids were great actually.
Tk awesome.
And man waterman was a beast and his workmate next level. Fantastic.

Negatives tho
Sheed is too slow, too soft and needs to be dropped next week regardless of injuries.
Cripps my God that was pathetic.

Overall I loved a lot of what I saw. The club has indeed turned a corner.

Not a big time poster but so proud of that effort. Shouldn't have been in the game. 6 day break, young team against a team talking finals.

The Edge was the reason for Cripps brain fart, but that sort of shit isn't going to stand up in finals. The team will be better for the experience, and frankly winning that game isn't going to teach a young team half as much as the loss.
Jilliam's game finally showed something.
Similarly for Chesser and Ginbey.
Duggan, Gov and Kelly's 2nd half.

Trust the process.
(Worked well for the 76ers, but we aren't them.)

+ves
Jack Williams continues to grow. Going to be solid key position player for a number of years.
Ginbey continues to influence the game.
Hough had with another decent blanket job on Stringer.
Waterman is phenomenal.
Kelly dragged us into the contest with Yeo injured and Reid struggling.
Barrass solid down back.
Gov doing Gov things. When he takes the game on, things tend to happen.
Didn’t hate Chessers game. Certainly shows more than a couple of the other wingers we have.

Cripps playing tough guy.
Yeo and Long injuries. Why does it have to be the good guys? Hope Reid is just cramp and that’s it.
Sheed always was slow but the game has gone way past his plodding. If you are playing him on the wing, I’d honestly prefer Gaffy.
Edwards likewise.
Ryan is nowhere near fit.
Turnovers from defence. Just some absolute howlers that went back over heads. You don’t see the opposite happen for us.
Midfield got beaten up for a majority of the night.
Tackling and pressure was down at time, which let them into the game.

Negatives:
-Senior players Sheed, Ryan and Cripps let the team down
-Costly turnovers at critical times
-Yeo and Long injuries

Positives:
-Fought it out and had chances to pinch it
-Ginbey found a role down back and was good
-Kelly's second half and Lone hand in the last to try and win the game
-Waterman continuing to lead the forward line
-Jack Williams' best game for the club

Positives: We played atrocious football for most of the game and we were two players down in the last, coming off a 3 day shorter break all while carrying a few passengers and we only lost by a goal.

Negatives: That was one of the worst games iv sat through, extremely frustrating from start to finish.

Well that was a hell of a fight and some amazing performances from some. But **** me that Cripps reversal, and Yeo injury is deflating.

Carrying too many passengers that are sapping our youthful verve. Sheed and Ryan just not fit enough. Particularly Sheed who through being Sheed or injuring his toe is just so far off it. L Edwards, just doesn't have it, I'm afraid.

But hey, best game by Jack Williams, looking like a real gem. The backline has been brilliant. The Snake is on fire. Bailey Williams was pretty great for periods. Kelly was a beast. Ginbey looked assured and was marking well. And Darling contested everything.

And really we did quite well with a journeyman midfield where only Kelly, Duggan, Ginbey and Bailey Williams did anything.

I don't think Cripps brain fade cost us the game.

We had like 10 mins left. Who knows after Waterman goal we would have had a flurry of Essendon goal.

But it's insanely dumb and he's lucky we kept fighting and didn't turn his brain fade into goal flurries

I'm proud we kept attacking at the last gasp
The most disappointing thing about it, is you know that had a teammate caused him to lose out on a set shot opportunity he would be giving them an earful immediately. The double standard is frustrating and reflects an incredibly selfish player.

Positives
-Good second half fightback.
-Kelly's second half
-Waterman looking unstoppable
-J Williams, by far his best game for the club. Looked dangerous in the air.
-Better by Chesser, and Ginbey pretty solid.

Negatives
- Injuries to Long and Yeo. Hopefully that's all, as a few more looked proppy.
-Shit scheduling by the AFL, players looked cooked in the last quarter, but pushed on anyway.
-Moment of madness from Cripps. Expect better from a player of his experience.
-Ryan and Sheed looking miles off it.

Bombers were the more organised team which won them the game. They held their width at the contest better... always had players on the outside. Happened again and again.

What Cripps did was nowhere near worth reversing a pivotal shot on goal. On the flipside Cripps was a repeat offender on multiple fronts, Petch, Ryan, Sheed, Edwards were shit and Bailey Williams competed well but makes too many brain farts to ever be a front line AFL player.

Long, Yeo injuries fingers crossed.

Forwardline of Waterman, Williams and Darling were heroic. Kelly had an awesome second half. Ginbey with his best game.
