he took that record ages ago. the only ones ahead are terry wallace (who is only a few games ahead but had a second stint at richmond to get to that number) and bill stephen, who got sacked 3 different times.
So I think the Wallace record he catches this year. History in the making!

Hinkley is a genius. Put all the focus on the doctor potentially not doing his job correctly for Aliir and somehow avoid all criticism of losing 3 in a row and being embarrassingly thumped by Carlton and Adelaide.

The senior coach has control over these types. A great coach steers players to not become serial offenders or steers these players out of the club. It's not all on the coach though, it's also the club, a wider issue. Our club wraps its arms around the players and the coach when the members get heated about our failures.
No argument from me.

hardwick is cooked imo. he's won 3 flags as a coach, the fire is gone. he's just gonna cash in now and take it easy.

coaching second stints after big success rarely pan out as you'd want...
I'm willing to find out. It couldn't be worse than keeping Ken.

I have Port Merch everywhere, in my Garage, my office, I swear if this Potato gets a new contract it's all coming down, the only thing I wont take down is my Magpies mirror with all the Premierships on it. Then I will officially step away from the club, at least until he's gone forever.

Wanting a new coach has turned into a hatred for him instead.

Sack Hinkley, Monday morning, this is what I expect, we cannot go into finals with Hinkley.

"The AFL is running our club" is a copout. It is the Koch led board that had clear moments in Hinkely's tenure to not renew him but did not because they were, and probably still are, all in on him being the man to bring us multiple premierships (not just one). This is on Koch and the board.

It’s my opinion that Koch represents the AFLs wishes more than he does PAFCs needs.

When someone says that the AFL is running the club, Koch is part of that.

The power point presentations in Hillbilly must have entertained though.

PowerPoint? Post-It-Notes and A4 print outs, more like.

You are correct and I want him gone. But ffs some of our senior players as as weak as piss and have continually let us down when it counts. Wines is one of them. * him off too.
Most here think I'm way too harsh on Boak but he is the epitome of the Hinkley era soft Underbelly not getting it done when it matters.
