I'm not sure where he gets it, so I take it like every thing else we hear. With Koch in charge anything is possible.

I swear a day or two later a journo said David Koch moved the date to end of season/finals. So he doesnt get asked about what date in august.
I've searched and searched and can't find anything. I most likely read it wrong.
Ken will get all the pats on the back you can think of, but thats all he'll get, and that my friend is with your tail between your legs. People have to get a mind for themselves instead of thinking just because the media give it a tick of approval then its all good.

You are right. Ken himself said they would look at the season in its entirety about the same time. The 13 in a row had the media saying it’s a formality in August.
Win 2 of the next 3 I don’t think there’s any stopping it. Can’t see them announcing a extension on the back of 5 losses in a row though.

No i remember it too, i also remember a media report that Ken himself had pushed back contract talks until after the season.

I did some further digging and you're right, there was talk about it being pushed back, Herald Sun started it back in June, can't find their original report though.
