Absolutely. You can bet that no finals for Crows next year = sacked coach. Nothing is surer. They've had their three year rebuild period. The won't accept any longer.

The sad thing here is that for us supporters, getting to a stage where they will part ways with Ken feels as difficult as Einstein must have felt coming up with the theory of relativity.
