I looked at his 2022 highlights the other day and he’s not even close to that form.
That’s why people have got doubts. He’s not best 22 in a fwd role, and is struggling to find another position.

I think what bothers me and possibly others at times is the way people have written him off and claimed he is no good and done forever. I don't think many would argue he's in good form right now. It feels like some people want him to do poorly as well so they can get stuck into him, which I truly don't understand and find a bit disturbing to be honest (not saying you are doing this).

what he does from here is up to him regardless of people writing him off.

I think his lack of pre season and mistakes have come back to haunt him but to say it.s back to the bush is bloody ridiculous he is among the more talented players on the list.
I think he is trying hard today but he needs a bit of luck but he just needs to keep working hard and it will change for him of that I am sure.

It's not relevant what I or you think, how could anyone know whether if he was just sitting in the forward pocket how many goals he'd kick. That's obviously not all that Fly wants out of him. The fact is, he's been asked to work on other aspects of his game. And that's why he's in the VFL doing that.

I think what’s also made it harder for our Gin is that hill coming in this year and bringing the goods more consistently and has better defensive skills then gin, has not helped.

We’ve had more talented players than Ginnivan that didn’t fulfill their potential…Hotton, Rusling, Keays, Sheppard…. You gotta take your chances.

Hence why our senior coach, who is a renowned development coach, has asked Ginni to work on the defensive side of his game. I'm so glad our coach hasn't given up on Ginni like some of our 'supporters' have.

I have total faith in Fly. And in Ginni.

It’s a job. His job is to play footy. I indirectly pay his wages as a consumer. He’s doing his job in a below average way. Whenever you do your job poorly, you are terminated. This is the path he’s progressing down. If you don’t understand this, you don’t understand life.
