Welcome Welcome National Draft Pick #13 - Jordan Gallucci

Given the type of player he is and how our midfield is lacking his zip, do we think he will be fast tracked next year?

The impression I get from Gallucci and Poholke, is Pyke wanted some kids that would be ready to go sooner rather than later. Both look like they could get games next year.

Gallucci I'm starting to come around to after a few hours of "wtf happened" during the draft. Has some Devin Smith about him as well as some Aaron Hall when running forward with the football. I reckon he won't play much until the year after next year. Is that zesty player at half forward and pinches in the midfield at times. Good pick.

Yeah me too, but I disagree re when he'll play big time, loving that we picked up Matty Signorello though, blew me away the day I saw him play here in Ballarat.

Yeah I just feel as though he isn't beefy enough as of yet but I think he will definitely come of age I'm 2018.

Signorello is a very nice pick. Love his marking and his cleaness when the ball is on the deck. Would love to see him use his kicking more but that will come with some confidence.

Most first round draft picks, especially midfielders, play senior games in their draft year. I'd be expecting to see Gallucci at some point next year
I think I may miss worded it. I think he will play but not as much as other midfielders in the first round. Maybe 5 games or so, like Milera.

You were doing really well there until you brought your bias into it.
Only 1 crows player has kicked the ball out on the full 3 times in the 1 game, so more factual than bias. ;)

Ps. Hope he no has lingering effects of his injuries.

I can't see the Douglas comparison myself however I do like the flexibility in Gallucci game
I can't really see it either . I actually think there is a bit more in common with Dmac in terms of roles he can play in the team

To me dougy is a real footballer with average athleticism and Galluci has amazing athleticism and we will find out what level of footballer in next few years

He seems a VB like citizen too and I mean that in a complimentary way this time !!

2019 are you on drugs. Our Little whippet Milera played round 1. The Gooch is way in front already and doesn't need to stay in mums place to finish high school.

Please don't compare any reasonable talent to Mackay. Such an insult

This is revisionist thinking. Douglas was very good when young and first in the squad. His games at Glenelg showed just how good he could be.

We must stop judging his early years with his last ones.
