I apologise for being a little off the topic but is there any Youtube footage of the post match celebrations in the inner sanctum where one of the team managers sculls a beer out of Dusty's boot. Love to see that again
There should be a ladder for all media journalists but instead of wins and losses have ticks and crosses. Ticks for every story they get right and crosses for every story they get wrong (make up). That way the public can decide who is worth reading/listening to when they break a story.
Stuey Maxfield would've captained us had we stuck with him. It came down to him and Naish. We kept Naish.
Hopefully Patrick Naish erases the pain of losing Maxfield.
Tom Browne reported on ch 7 last trade period that we offered a future first round pick for Hamish Hartlett.
He knows nothing and is simply giving an opinion for his 30 seconds of time on Talking footy.
Not saying Tom Browne is incorrect but he also reported last year that we were going to trade a future first rounder for Hamish Hartlett.
His source is usually 'industry experts believe' or 'channel 7 understands'
Although its the best for the club...... as a lot of you are, devastated to see Brett Deledio leave our club.
He clearly loves the club, we all love him, sad to see him go.
Love ya Lids!!
If Jack can't understand, despite it being a heartbreaking decision for all tiger supporters and players, that trading lids might be for the best for both parties..... It's proof that he can't be captain. Football decisions have to be made and some times you're best mates might be part of that...
The football media/journalists are no better than women's day or New Idea.
No quotes from anyone worth mentioning. Pure speculation. These rubbish lines they use like "industry sources suggest" "sources close to the negotiations". None of them know anything. Reality is they are paid to cover...
STAR forward Jack Riewoldt has rejected overtures from Essendon coach John Worsfold and pledged his loyalty to Richmond.
The Bombers believed Riewoldt, 27, was gettable, but after a series of meetings between Riewoldt and Tigers officials in the past week, including one with coach Damien...
Everyone needs to take a deep breathe
Remember that Brett is contracted. The club won't be caving into a poor trade with Geelong or any other club regardless of whether lids wants to go there or not.
If Carlton come asking about Lennon, I hope Richmond don't forget how poor they were to deal with over Yarran.
Trying to screw us out of pick 12 when they obviously knew Chris wasn't in a good space.
Wouldn't surprise me to see lids choose Geelong.
Both his brother and sister live down there in the geelong/Torquay region.
Spends a lot of time in Torquay
Collingwood must surely be running low on cap space. They paid overs for adams and greenwood and now trelor. We know Cloke is on enormous coin. Are they all getting third party deals and therefore why they are 'attracting all these players.
