Out Evans
Sub Finlayson.

See how Lycett and Dixon are doing rucking.
Bring on Finny in the second half / 3/4 time for Lycett to finish the game as sole ruck

Finlayson has to play if not in the AFL then it has to be the SANFL. He has to get some game time under his belt.

I believe that even activated AFL substitutes can now play in the SANFL on the same weekend provided the AFL club notifies the opposition with 60 minutes of the scheduled kick off.

On that basis it would be feasible to use Finlayson as a medical sub and still play him in the SANFL if his fitness and the match programming will allow it. Not sure when the Port Magpies are playing and how it fits in with the AFL.

I think there is an arguement to bring Finlayson in and try and stretch their backline

Moore is genuine A grader - Does he go to Dixon or Marshall?

Then they'll bring in Frampton who we all know isn't a true KPD but a tall flanker who will take Marshall you'd think

That leaves them with Murphy on Georgiades.

Bring in Finlayson and cause a headache, hell even something like this

Boak for Evans

Jones for Finlayson

Georgiades to the sub role

Wouldnt surprise me if Boak issue is ribs, huge win and injury free game allows them atleast another week with Boak to rest. Unless just severe bruising

I cannot see L.Jones losing his spot after 3 goals either

No change, Finlayson to play SANFL if hes ready

Officially announced as a rib fracture. Occurred two weeks ago, but surely they let him go for another week!

Lol please good let them put Frampton on todd.

I’ve seen statues less flat footed than Frampton.

Framptons best game is to sit in the hole and gobble up dumb high kicks. If he plays and we revert to dumb high kicks he will do alrightZ

If we play like sat and pick out our forwards Frampton might as well be a traffic cone.

One good quarter in a preseason game where he was fresh playing against players who had already been out there for three quarters doesn't prove jack s**t.
NoT aPpLeS vS aPpLeS

You don't need IQ to kick straight - see Fogarty, Rohan, etc. You need that for getting shots in the first place (which he's undeniably getting).

Where is his IQ lacking? In having the kicking yips? Football IQ has nothing to do with his current issue.

Nathan Bassett said that McKenzie is sore and unlikely to play this week. Dissapointing, he played well, especially considering he had an injury in the first quarter that will keep him out a week. Very tough to persevere.

They would have to play Clurey, but could open the door for Pasini.

cant see them going short when Collingwood like to rest Cox up forward.

I laughed when I read the injury list article on the club email as it called Finlayson a “ruck-forward”….

Yes, Finlayson will likely be the second ruck option, but he shouldn’t be…. Also, Jones and SPP took contests on the weekend, are they “ruck-forwards” now?

Can see them bypassing Clurey and Pasini and going smaller by bringing Burgoyne in
This is Hinkley we're talking about, he'll bring in Boak for McKenzie without a second thought.
