This is absolutely correct

It's a home game against a team not in the top eight. An injury has popped up in his exact position. He's fit and has played several SANFL games in a row, appearing in the best players a couple of times. Now has two AFL preseasons behind him. Is a first round pick. Is coming to the end of his two year initial contract. Wouldn't be keeping a fit, in form alternative out of the team.

There'll be plenty of times that we'll be winning, have fit players ahead of him and it will be much harder to get him into the 22 than it is now.

It is an absolute no brainer. Throw a dog a bone! Give him a couple of games either side of the bye.

he is nearly 10cms taller than Brown, so perhaps the fact they are looking for a small defender........
