Miguel Sanchez
(Unique injury) TBC
I dont really care about the stats tbh.
“I think he’s a shit kick, none of your stats telling me he’s actually above average to elite make any difference”.
Not much you can say to that I guess.

Correct lol“I think he’s a s**t kick, none of your stats telling me he’s actually above average to elite make any difference”.

He's in a horrible form slump for sure but I seem to recall him getting a fair few votes from the board in the first few rounds of this year.More like 17 months.
No Venables was worst on the day.Cole gets a lot of slack around parts because he wears a premiership medallion.
In my opinion, he was somewhere around 21-22 in that side and all premiership sides carry a passenger or two on the big day.
We were in fact, fairly lucky he didn't cost the flag as he was close to worst on ground for me.
In the years since he would not have cracked the Top 80 for defenders in the league.
He firmly sits in the realms of the 22-26 players that are "meh" for me.
No Venables was worst on the day.
Rewatch from the 2nd quarter onwards. Cole dropped a mark in Q1 but took a gutsy contested mark in D50 later on (second half I think) and also won a 50m penalty after taking another mark. He lifted well later in the game.Venables wasn't a large part as to why we were 29 points down in the first quarter
Don't be silly ... we only re-watch the last 2min 38sec.Rewatch from the 2nd quarter onwards. Cole dropped a mark in Q1 but took a gutsy contested mark in D50 later on (second half I think) and also won a 50m penalty after taking another mark. He lifted well later in the game.
Venables put some pressure on but didn't do alot. Same with Lecca who was playing injured with that wrist problem. I'd have cole around 18th best on ground.
By my count, Venables and Lecca at 21-22 outs Cole at 20.Rewatch from the 2nd quarter onwards. Cole dropped a mark in Q1 but took a gutsy contested mark in D50 later on (second half I think) and also won a 50m penalty after taking another mark. He lifted well later in the game.

We always seem to carry the French. Surprised he didn't surrender.By my count, Venables and Lecca at 21-22 outs Cole at 20.
One, if not two, will need to be held over for Sunday. We're currently stacked with HBF types.
If both Hurn & Cole get a full run this week, it would have to be at the expense of one of Hough, Duggan, Hunt or Witherden which I just cannot see happening.
IN - So for mine Hurn and Shuey (must play after their "rest" last week)
OUT - O'Neill and Bazzo
Cole gets another run as sub.
On a side note, I'd love to see a set of WAFL stats for the weekend include the names: Dewar, Baker, L Edwards, Foley, Jamieson, SPS, Trew, Winder, Barnett, O'Neill and Bazzo listed in the names.
When was the last time we fielded 11 listed players in the WAFL side?
As a law talkin guy, you should know that anecdotal evidence and "the eye test" are the gold standard in a factual dispute.“I think he’s a s**t kick, none of your stats telling me he’s actually above average to elite make any difference”.
Not much you can say to that I guess.
You trying to butter my buns?I still think Nelson was just as good as Cole tbh. Not saying Cole is bad, they are both insanely good footballers.
