You know for ****en years as a means to diminish red meat in my diet I’d substitute pork in place of beef , always thinking this tastes like crap by comparison, a decade or so later I learn that pork is a ****en red meat too , not white. Now I’m loving my Bolognaise sauce once again with beef ,,For me; onion, pepper, garlic, salt lightly fried off. Then add pork and beef mince. Cook and stir it through. Chop some basil and stir it through, then add some crushed fresh tomatoes and a bottle of pasta sauce to thicken through. Add sliced mushrooms and let it cook on low for 2 hours.
